Facebook on People Tab

Hello there!
I'm with a problem and would like to know if somebody else had it:
My sense is ok and everything else but on people tab at facebook nothing works. the Link to facebook is there and all but clickin' on it doesn't do a thing... Am I missing anything?
Ps.: I've already looked into reg on Facebook.Disable and it is 0 such as:
Manila://people\browselayer\peopleupdate.page.hidden and
Manila://PeopleDetail\peopleView.page.hidden

What ROM are you using? I got a similar problem in my own ROM when I forgot to cook in the Facebook_Engine package. Another source might be missing the Social_Networks_Engine package.

I'm an Omnia 2 cook
I built an earlier version based on Sense 2013 and it worked ok.
After moving up to 2016, it stopped working... If I go to the Settings tab=>Data services=>Facebook I can login and the Facebook tab gets updated after it, even showing my friends updates but I cannot tap both buttons... Updates and myself
With MyMobiler I can navigate and enter (arrow keys and enter) on myself but nothing happens after the following page =/

Ps.: I checked lots of times if all the files on those packages you told me about were there... and nothing was wrong with them...

If you move up to 2016... you also have to go to Facebook Engine v1.1.20153522.00....

[Q] Android 4.2.2 stock keyboard dictionary problem

Hi guys,
I have the same issue on every 4.2.2 ROM I tried. I'd like to check out the new swiping JB keyboard, but I can't get the Polish optional dictionary to work. Have you tried any downloadable language and succeeded? It says it's downloaded, but when typing the dictionary is empty (only contact names) and swiping doesn't work.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions - thanks in advance.

I use SwiftKey but this should work for you as well. Go to System / Settings / Language & Input and find the keyboard you are using (may have scroll to see it) To the tight of the name tap the icon for preferences. Sample in the keyboard's preferences you should be able to find languages. Change it.

Yes, I did it. Changing it doesn't make it work in writing. Only contact names still- that's the problem.

Sorry, don't know this one. Have you tried any keyboards other than stock?

You're not alone! It is a real bug affecting lots! For me the issue is that all the APKs I find are all like this! I'm writing a more informative text which I will finish and post tomorrow hopefully. In the meantime, could someone extract a version of android keyboard where it's working and post it?

Show Wifi password on nougat !..?

I have a rooted SM-G935F with android nougat 7.0
What happening when i edit ro.secure.storage to false in build.prop file the phone is very slowing and wifi password still hashed. :crying:
Is there are Any other solutions to view wifi password !?

Also in PC all passwords are hashed

on 7, 8 and 10 go to network properties and there you have hashed password with option to show symbols

Did you try to add a new wifi network to your list, to see if the new one will be hashed?
Because on marshmallow only the new passwords that you put in after editing the build.prop were not hashed and the old ones were still hashed.

In both cases i get hashs.?
When i was in Marshmallow i edited build.prop and everything was ok but now in Nougat when edit it and restart i get a slow device with forgetting all old wifi passwords.
I know there are another way to fix this issue.?

Maybe you could try this change ro.config.tima from 1 to 0.
I saw this helped with s health maybe this will also help you

That really sucks because I wanted to update to nougat but if this feature is not available. I'm not going to update.
Maybe there are other people on nougat that have a solution for this.

+1 I really wanted to know as well on how to resolve this. I tried the some old solutions but no luck. Seems it those are not working on Nougat.

If you have a chinese device you will have the ZTE Theme store. If you make an account there you can download themes. Most of them are hideous but some are okay.
If you don't have an A2017 you can install the theme store via a flashable zip too

I don't think you would be out of warranty, just because of flashing a theme app, you're not flashing a whole new Custom ROM or other variants' of Axon7's ROM.
But anyways you can simply install other theme apps. They are better too.

Can you point me to where it allows you to register by email? That option seems to be missing.

This option is missing now. At that time it was just there and you could choose to register with email or phone number.

Hello, I just got a ZTE device, my frist one. I've got the Axon 40 Ultra. The link you provied back in 2017 doesnt work anymore and I have to create an acct in order to download themes or wallpaper and I assume to change the launcher. Think you can help me out?

I have found out how to change the launcher. Download the Nubia Launcher 1.0 apk and install. It will give you launcher choices inside the Nubia general settings.

unable use GCM on Huawei Mate 9 China version

I am using Huawei Mate 9 China version (MHA-AL00), I installed Microsoft outlook/yammer/skype/skype for business on my phone which is running on android 7 .
I understand GCM may works on VPN connection and installed full google framework . I did all of them and download mentioned APP from Google play, but unfortunately I am not getting the notification from my phone if I am not open the APP and I was checked Google Log by type *#*#436#*#*, I found I can receive broadcast.
I try to contact Huawei 400 and they advice me to upgrade OS to android 8, but issue still exist.
so I am afraid is there have any restricted on phone or not ?
or any good idea ?

Open phone manger, change the app permission, change the settings for these apps to manually control, then select allow autolaunch and allow run in background.

Did you upgrade to EMUI 8? You need to upgrade to EMUI 8 first. I tried whatsapp before, which worked well with this setting.

No matter I connect VPN or not , issue still happen.

C636 doesn't supported VOLTE which I rebranded before. This is why I want to know how GMC works on AL00
