Is there any flashing count on Asus Max Pro? - Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 Questions & Answers

Hey,
I'm considering buying Asus Max Pro M1, but I wonder about one thing:
I'm going to have this phone rooted, having said that I will have to unlock bootloader. Is there any flashing/unlocking count on this phone?
I'm just asking in case of any warranty, just to flash stock rom and lock bootloader.
Greetings

No.
Unlock bootloader unofficially then relock whenever you want..no issues at all

Does region unlock survives bootloader unlock + custom ROM?

I'm planning to buy a European version of the SG7 edge. Checking online I found about the region lock issue so I was wondering if, after unlocking it with 5 minutes of calls, can I still unlock the bootloader and install custom ROMs without losing the unlock itself. I need to know this as I live outside Europe at the moment, so I don't want to have a useless phone after a while, thanks

You can unlock bootloader and install custom Rom. If you buy a global unlocked variant.

There's no really such thing as a bootloader unlocking on european model. It's just always unlocked. You can flash anything You want. And the call unlock thingy should either be required to do just once after buying it. Or every time You flash a custom rom. But that's the worst case. So I think You should be fine with just one 5 minute call. So don't worry. Get the phone. And enjoy! Recently we have so many custom roms that it's really worth it.

Are all Galaxy J7 on Verizon Bootloaders locked? J727V

I was looking into buying a J727V, it looks like the bootloader may be locked, obviously this stops me from putting in my own custom rom, can anyone confirm?
Last time I bought a (I think) Note 4 I had to get a developer version so that the boot loader was not locked in order to put on a custom rom.
If it is bootloader locked is there a different version of the J7 that I can get that I can use on Verizon?

Can i unlock the bootloader of a carrier locked phone?

I have the p10 lite and i was wondering if i could unlock the bootloader of the device, its locked on tesco mobile so i was wondering if its even possible to unlock the bootloader of a carrier locked device. I have managed to get and unlock code from Huawei myself now i was just wondering if unlocking the bootloader would cause any problems within the device. I was going to unlock the bootloader to root my phone and even install a custom rom but is this allowed when you're on a carrier locked device?

McLaren 7t pro to stock firmware?

Just bought the T-Mobile edition McLaren 7t pro and was wondering if there is a way to get stock firmware on this device. Already have the device sim unlocked so I have the OEM unlock checked already. Thanks in advance.

I got mine SIM unlocked just by asking TMobile. I messaged them on Twitter. The rep was so nice. BUT...you won't be able to unlock the bootloader until OnePlus grants you an unlock token....which takes at least a week!! Dumbest process ever. So yeah, OP probably won't be able to even load the stock image without unlocking the bootloader. Maybe. I haven't done something like that in a while and/or if it's needed just for flashing an image.
We don't even have the MSMDownloadTool for the McLaren 5G for any potential unbricking.
Any attempts to flash stock McLaren firmware will be at your own risk. Even if it's just the system image and you keep the core firmware, you could still lose 5G or bootloop.
