Porting MIUI ROM for A500FU

Hello,
About 2 weeks ago, someone found on chinese MIUI site, that MIUI is being ported to many a5 and a7 variants, but sadly, not on my a500fu (there is like a5000, a5009, a500f and a500 in update script (i assume that's working)). So there goes question: It is possible to modify that update zip to make it work on a500fu variant? What are differences between a500f and a500fu?

Can someone port the a5 miui rom to a300h version?

miui7 base on 4.4.4！！！！！！My friend test it in a500fu and no bug.

We have give up the development of MIUI7 for A3 in China.

Your friend clearly needed to change update script, because it's missing a500fu variant. How did he managed to install this?

I've made it work by simply editing update-script, but rom is missing almost everything (RIL is not working etc.)

Le max 2 sensor back work with ROM CUOCO92

Good night guys,
Sorry my bad English.
The sensor fingerprint of my Le max 2 worked for less than 24 hours with the rom 16S.
I tried several original or custom roms, but this seemed dead sensor.
I had already given up for dead sensor.
I decided to install the rom LeECO_Le2_X820_MAX_5.8.018S_REV2_CUOCO92 to test the rom.
And to my surprise the fingerprint returned to work.
And the sensor is responding to satisfactorily.
I would like to thank the team CUOCO92 for save my Le max 2.:good:

How fast is the fingerprint now
Does it require multiple taps after too long idle states

Almost instant reading. one or two taps to activate the phone.
It seems to me satisfactory. since not tested in other brands.

This method doesn't work for my broken fingerprint reader.

I had struggled for installing with installing lineage OS on my Galaxy s7(930S) so I finally decided to compile myself. Hope to be useful who owned Korean variants.

We should inform lineage devs to divide korean S7 device tree separate from international S7 because of different partition size.

I just followed the guide from lineageos and hackandgeeks youtube video guide and used sm-g930s(korean model) to extract blob. I can share my virtual device file If you want(Vmware)

Lineage devs has merged Korean models partition to next week official build so we won't need to resize anything just directly flash the ROM like everybody else.

Miui 9 for MiA1

In past days i saw a thread Miui for MiA1 but now i didn't find it anywhere .. will someone let me know that someone working on Miui for A1

As far as i know there isn't a miui rom for A1. No official nor unofficial.
The mentioned thread was probably just a thread like this one

just to let you know, no one is interested in doing such a thing.

Yes there was a miui thread , where a developer tried to port miui , the developer did not try the ports personally ,
which left multiple devices hard bricked of users who tried flashing that port. He released around 25 versions of that miui port , none of them even booted. I am not bad mouthing the developer but telling you how difficult it is to port miui , at least for now.

Have you tried to flash "VIPER 4 ANDROID" ?
I think it fix the sound bugs. I dont know about camera. But if we use another app for camera then will that work ?
