Le max 2 all volte problems solved! - LeEco Le Max 2 Guides, News, & Discussion

I am using le max 2 in India
I am having multiple problems with this phone
First of all I rooted it and installed lineage os on it.
I do not know about the modem version at that time.
Jio Volte was working fine, but sometime jio to jio outgoing call not worked.
Also fingerprint was useless.
After that I installed cn26s modem
With that fingerprint was working and response was good.
But volte incoming calls was not working. (Always out of coverage area.)
Only outgoing and data was working. Also jio to jio outgoing was working fine.
Then I installed developer466d
Same problem as cn26
Then I installed Indian 19s
No luck same as cn26
After that I installed Indian 17s
Fingerprint stop working.
Volte worked but sometime.
I have no idea how to fix volte
Now I downloading 19s full firmware.
If any one have any clue
Here is the link to all modem

I just flashed full firmware yesterday indian 19s.
Just after flashing only outgoing was working.
Then I leaved the device as it is with 19s.
In the morning incoming started to work itself.
I also noticed same behaviour with other ROMs
Leaving the phone with rom installed and sim installed for few hours worked.

VoLTE option missing

Hello, I have the CAN-L11 model on the latest firmware and I just realized that I am missing the VoLTE option. Also my connection drops down to 3G during calls so it is clearly not working.
Works for me on Lineage 15.1

VoLte fix for any rom (100% working)

If volte not working then here's my trick ...
First flash a rom which support volte fully like stock rom .... Now go to recovery and make backup of only EFS folder in twrp .... Now flash the rom in which volte not working and restore the efs folder after flashing the rom and now your volte will work .... And this trick will work with every rom

I think zui already support volte and there isn't any issue with volte make sure you're using the sim card in slot1
Double topic?

Miraculously I found this to be untrue!!
I have two Z2 plus phones, one on ZUI 2.5 unrooted, the other I am running ZUI 4.0.199 RuMod.
My Airtel SIM used in the unrooted ZUI 2.5 phone did not have VoLTE activated, and so I inserted into my friend's phone Redmi note 5 pro. Even there no VoLTE, so I complained to Airtel, and in about 1.5 hrs VoLTE got activated!
I then put it into the Z2+ with ZUI 4.0 and saw VoLTE working. I also then put back the SIM into my Z2+ with ZUI 2.5 and was amazed to find that Airtel VoLTE was working!!! I could make calls to others and the network did not switch to 3G.
It worked most of the day, but then in the night it suddenly switched off on its own again. I don't know if it is the Z2+ VoLTE bug or airtel switching off VoLTE, so I tried to verify by putting the SIM back in the ZUI 4.0 phone, and found that VoLTE was still active, but putting it back in the ZUI 2.5 phone did not enable VoLTE again.
I don't know what exactly to infer from this incident. Was it a error of Airtel's part that VoLTE worked, or is it the VoLTE bug that caused it to switch off on ZUI 2.5...
However, one thing is clear that Airtel has deliberately switched off VoLTE on some phones claiming unsupprted.
I have recently found Airtel VoLTE active on some friend's phones which officially do not support Airtel VoLTE like Lenovo K8 note, so I think Airtel is deliberately limiting VoLTE access...
