AICP is a custom rom like cyanogenmod with a lot of features than cyanogenmod.

Yes we do, many CM based and there is one that's just CM. Look in the Android development, and Original Android Development threads. You'll see then there.

The nightly is the full ROM, but you need to download gapps as well and flash them too.

I'm afraid that would require rootability, and then I'm not sure there's a CM rom available for the s7 Edge.
