Accelorerometer not working on CM11 latest nightly for D801

So its my first time running cm11 on my d801 g2 but I noticed that 1 thing not working is acelloremter can I fix this in any way or simply wait till cm fixes it .. I mean it's only used in some games so is there any other used for jt

Did you flash the correct baseband ?
I think for cyanogenmod you need to use the modded kitkat baseband
That should probably do the trick.

I downloaded the 6/19 one which was the newest at the time from cm site it was d801 .. I mean its a nightly so its not stable .. But the nightly on my nexus 7 has no issues

What rom did you had before?
You need a modded baseband, you can find it here:

I had stock T-Mobile LG ROM before. I rooted and immediately got backup and got latest cm. Thanks for responding I'll try to the modded baseband.

Flash GPE i9505G onto i9505

I'm wondering if its possible to download stock 5.1 gpe ROM from Samsung site and flash it on a non gpe rooted device. It has the exact same CPU and GPU why wouldn't it be possible? And no I don't want to use some custom ROM from here. Thanks!

the rom is stable right now, it depends on the way you flash it
if you dirty flash, you will definitely encounter bugs
in my device, i clean flash & i don't see any bugs, all function is working :good:

When I used it, audio was a huge problem it would stutter and stuff and the screen was a weird green tint

It's not super buggy, you just don't know how to set it up properly. That's something completely different.

Is there some custom kernel for stock ROM?

I find out about CAD and Hellsgate kernel but I'm not sure will it work for stock ROM. I'm on 7.1.1 B09 update ZTE A2017G.

There is no best ROM. Just install the one with the specification that could please you. Same for kernels.
ROM is a matter of personal taste

No matter what rom you try.. fingerprint doesn't work yet

As someone who has tried them all, the treskmod omnirom by max tresk is by far the romkiller. It's the best period. Not on this forum. Google Fu it.

I preferred stock after trying a few AOSP ROMs about a week ago. The battery life and stability of stock alongside having a working FP scanner and the nice screen-off gestures were enough to keep me on stock. At least OnePlus's OS is very close to a stock Android experience.

A few of us would counter that tresk mod on this device operates smoother than stock. Gestures included, in built theming. And no fingerprint, but I don't ever use it anyways. I get 11 hrs sot.

Tresk Mod is pretty good and the in built kernel is really good. No need to use another one. There is also an official Dirty Unicorn Fajita built. Both you will not found on XDA....

Stock, Unlocked BL, Magisk, ElemetalX kernel.
Add in some Magisk modules and call it a day.
Everything including Pay and the FP sensor work.

Hi, just a quick side question. Does this ROM come with a custom kernel? And if so, is it RedFlare? Because i have heard about RedFlare kernel and not sure if its the same that comes with the ROM.

Yes redflare is from treskmod. It has the latest in built. There is one for other roms on the site but newer in the rom

I haven't tried many ROM's yet but I'm really liking Havoc. It's loaded with options and runs smoother than Stock. I actually really hate OOS which is why I finally decided to root and install something else after over 4 months on OOS. Most overrated phone OS in history.

Hows the ROM for you? I am runninf stock non rooter etc. But nothing has conviced me to switch yet. I have heard great things about the developer. Is there any official forum or telegram of the development of treskmod omnirom?

I only run treskmod. It's perfect. Like I said oos has become a buggy mess to me. This rom is like it's made for it
