Any develop help me i try manu roms stock and custom in ui Samsung but I'm not comfortable with that i try miui rom and can't find any rom look like

We have a hard time here finding Samsung near stock custom roms, let alone ported roms from totally different devices. Lower your expectations bro.

MI A3 ROM

Regarding the MI A3.
Whatever ROM is made for the MI A3.* All ROM is the same as Stock Rom.* Something different or new is not just customization.* Then why should people use it.* But some ROMs like MIUI 12 is stable but the battery problem is some new ROMs like Stable Oxygen os, Color os, why don't all these developers develop.*
