You could use xposed framework and Xstana module to change your battery icon like lollipop.
If you not want to use xposed framework you can change it by smali file by using 3mint battery search XDA for guide hit thanks if I help

i got this android head unit now for a bit more than a year and since then i´m not very happy with it.
i cant really change the style, the "main screen" got a big ass ugly clock and if i change my hotkey apps in the lower bar, they dont stay there after turning off my car.
this are my main issuse with this head unit.
is this a problem with my device in general or is it a problem with the android rom?
and if it is so, can i change it easy and wich rom should i flash?
down here i got some pictures with more information about my device and a pic of my "main screen"
(cant post outside links a rookie :/ )

Some days ago i've tried to flash a custom rom on my Allwinner T3 HU, but it failed. Then my HU bricked.
After some time of researching and beeing helped by another member, i finally got my HU booting stock firmware again.
Here's the problem... Wifi and Bluetooth isn't working anymore...
Before all this happened, I was unable to choose the car model in the system settings. Only a white screen is left with no options.
Now i cant select the model and wifi/bt isnt working too.
Somebody can help me or at least know why this things are happening?
I had the same problem with mine, I flashed back to the original firmware my HU was on and it all worked again, I assume your usb ports aren't working either?

My HU is "working" again... But wifi and BT isn't working! USB ports are okay! I'll try to test resistors that I think I've damaged when I've "short to ground" to bring HU back..
https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...-t3-quad-core-1-2ghz-android-8-t3958226/page3
What's the model or manufacturer of yours?
I dont think you have damaged anything inside with just a software update, mine is an eonon ga2168, try flashing the original firmware and see if that fixes your issue

I did it... But isn't worked!
When I've made the first flash, I got a brick! To unbrick I had to disassemble the HU and short a resistor to flash a new software... Then I've lost BT and wifi.
Do you still get resistance over that resistor? What resistor was it and what was its purpose?

Take a look in the link above and you will understand...
I've think that I pressed them when shorting... I think...
Is that the wifi / bluetooth module?

No... That is the Allwinner T3 board!
Good morning, I am a user with a car gps navigation system, specifically an EVUS DD571A vº1 with motherboard model: *** x and star t3 en_mb_v.01_161103 *** in which I have a problem of amplification of the sound coming of the bluetooth, which does not come out amplified towards the vehicle's speakers, all the other audio functions, such as usb, radio, movies, etc ,,, are played and listened to perfectly, I no longer know if it is a software or hardware problem.
I would like to know if you could provide me with the technical diagram of said motherboard, so that I can rule out any component failure

As far as i know, there is not actually possible to install any custom rom on SPRD head units.
- You can root
- You can use Joying Extra Tools App
- Modify some systen apps and internal software modding (Not too much)
See on the forum for more info.

Thanks for the info. I managed to root but I wanted to install a rom that ran better than the original one, if you have further advice, they are welcome. Thanks in advance for your availability and for everything you do.

Sadly it is not. But the same procedure should work. You just need to find the right backup file. I think there are plenty of those threads here.

The trick is to start the SP Flashtool progress before you start the device and plug in usb. Because for a brief moment it will be in download mode on boot. Thats at least how it worked on mine. If SP Flash tool recognize the usb connection then it will lock it self in download mode until everything is flashed.

Ok, but i have two doubts.
1 .My usb wire m-m is 3.0? is any problem with that
2 . Can you explain me with details the step in order to get the downloadmode?
I understood first i have to set de SP tool, click in the " play buttom", power the HU and then connect de usb? power on and connect the usb must be at the same time?

What i did is that i had the usb connected. Then just cut the power and add power again. I dont think the cable should matter. If the driver is not right you can have device manager up when you add power and you will for a brief moment see it there so you can update the driver. You gotts be fast though

I ´ve followed videos how to install the drivers and i did it as well. The first time i connected this it´s worked for me because i saw the "OK" green but after that th HU wont boot. No when i power on i only see a short blink on the screen but anything more.
Ah, and i never hear the sound when the usb is plugge (tucutun)
Any more ideas? Did you had the same problem like me?

I ve retired the coverheat and I found this but is not clear where the test point can be.
