It's amazing how much we actually use our phones in a given day, especially when we watch "videos"! Rate this thread to express how many hours of screen-on time you can get on the OnePlus 7 before depleting the battery.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
I managed to get screen on time of 7Hrs on the first full charge to discharge cycle with moderate usage including browsing, YouTube, navigation, music and lot of gps usage and app downloads/setup. I think battery will stabilize after 3-4 cycles and get better results.
Here are some screenshots
I really loved the battery on this phone!!

How did you manage something like this one? I believe something wrong is going on with my battery.
Firstly the graph does not seem to work properly. I will attach a photo of that ...
Also in my first boot I think with 50% I got 4 hours of SoT . Then my phone turn down at 0% and I charged it up to 100% for some hours while the phone was turned off. After the boot up I believe the battery is worst . Can somebody suggest something?
Maybe a calibration problem? The graph is always of that straight white line and does not change at all as Ive seen in yours graphs .

Did you charge your battery to 100% ?? If not , charge it to 100 so it will reset the stats. It looks like a glitch to me. Also make sure you're always on the latest build of the OOS.

More YouTube gives more SOT agreed. But that's how many of us use the phone. Watching videos. For heavy YouTube usage 7Hrs SOT I would say is normal, 8+ is definitely good. Perhaps someone who doesn't use YouTube much has to put his results here in the thread for our better understanding.

How are you guys experiencing the battery life? I had 100% at 12 PM now it's 3:23 PM and it's on 64%. I haven't even used the phone that much, 1 hour screen time only. I don't feel like this reflects the size of the battery (3000mah)
I have it on lowest brightness, I always kill the apps right after use and it just keeps draining fast.

Hard to say. Personally, I'm struggling and I can't get over 3 hours SOT. I own other phones and I do that routinely. Other people are getting ridiculous SOT, so I guess its all subjective. This thread should help answer your question.

I've been unplugged for 7 hours and I'm at 46%.

1.25 hours of phone calls over Bluetooth
1 hour of listing to music over Bluetooth

I got 3 hours and 46 minutes of SOT from 100 to 0, I had 0% brightness most of the time and only had wifi and 4g on, nothing else. This kind of upsets me, those are not good stats at all...
The battery needs a good few days and a few cycles of discharge and charge for it to become most effective. Wait a week before making any conclusive decisions on battery usage.
Bear in mind this is a large hi-res display, so watch your brightness if you want to save battery.
For me battery life has been great. I easily get a full day out of it with around 3 hours SOT and medium usage.

Wow. I'm pretty jealous of you. When i got my LG G4, on my second day, it only lasted for about 8 hours!!! Even though i had Bluetooth off, data off, 3/4G off, location off, battery saver on and brightness on auto. I am so disappointed with my phone as i am having to charge it in the day and sometimes through the night and i've only had it for a month.
Screen on
Can LG G4 screen on over 4h?
I am having great battery life
Good battery life
Getting through a working day easily. It could even last longer if I was more careful about closing the apps and all those usual battery saving tips. I just leave most of the stuff on... Bluetooth, WiFi, Location... Screen brightness is set on auto and it's plenty bright for my use even outdoors. :good:

I dont know either. Im really suprised. Havent ever seen phone with 3000mah battery and this great battery life. Dont know how much better is Li-Po battery than Li-Ion. This 1% drop overnight was in ultra mode? Or did you leave everything ON and just locked the screen? Because I'm dropping more than 1%, but that's with wifi on. Next night I'm gonna see how it goes in ultra mode overnight.
Battery life is good yes I most often get 6 hours screen on time in 1½-2 days usage.
I am also getting really really good Battery life. 5-6 hours of screen on time with 20% battery remaining. I will post pics later. Last night i took a screen shot and had 3:28mins screen on time with 48% battery left. I am also amazed. some reviews stated battery life was great, but others only average. I can say for certain this is GREAT. I am in the middle power mode. There is so much autonomy on app controls that you can create your own battery life destiny pretty easily. So for so awesome
how you get this great battery time i usually only get between 4-5h of screen on time. Awesome tho for you guys, might be some app i'm using

Can you tell me if the B135 firmware already have the camera improvements? Thank you.
One mistake I did was to use Google Backup restore from my previous phone. I ended up with a heavily battery drained phone. Google Cal Sync killed the phone, and many Samsung, CM, and Google apps that were not needed (Dialer, Contacts, Calculator, Calendar, Camera, etc..) ended up in the phone, causing a huge drain. I had to do a factory-reset and start fresh and only install the really needed apps. I highly recommend against doing a full restore from google when moving between phones.
Well, I was verry happy I did.
So it's not the same for everyone.

Naw, normal day, mix (wifi and 4g).
It's about the same like 3T but I will sell it.
Very impressed with battery backup.
First charge (full) since I received the device, everything stock.
Medium to high usage over 36-38 hours, setting up, installing apps, gaming a little, videos, browsing. Mostly on WiFi, maybe a couple of hours on 4G:
15% battery remaining
After today's oxygen update my battery has gotten significantly better. It may also be a case of the battery settling in after a few days. I went from losing 30% in 2 hours idle in my pocket yesterday to losing 30% in 9 hours using it throughout work today. Color me impressed. And this is coming from the Moto Z play. A battery beast!!!

It's amazing how much we actually use our phones in a given day, especially when we watch "videos"! Rate this thread to express how many hours of screen-on time you can get on the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC before depleting the battery.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
the battery of the phone is garbage... imho
5000 mah and the screen time is 5-6 hours.
trhe problem is the display that drain all the charge. i see the battery information right now 6 hours of screen , 92% of display battery usage, all the rest are applications and system. hope that xiaomi and poco will fix something.
That's really disappointing. I had a oneplus one with a similar display and similar on screen time. But with a much smaller battery. I expected at least 8 hours of screen time for poco x3.
Guys yesterday I achieved 4.15 hours of sot with 50% battery left. 50/50 WiFi and 4g, heavy usage. With 120hz.

i get now 81 % and 1:30 sot on wifi auto brightness 120 hz its not bad but battery its 5k check it in accu and it show 5160 so its not the battery maybe its that 120hz
But some ppl are reporting really nice sot around 10h is there any chance to check our screen manufacturer maybe Xiaomi use few different panels in poco 3 in check hw info app form gp and service menu but i can't find this info.
Usual for me is 6-7 hrs sot with 50% left
120hz activated
So the battery is awesome
According to AccuBattery I got about 12h SOT, thats about what I expected.
Medium usage, 120hz activated, energy saving off.
I guess the adaptive refreshrate helps a lot to save energy, e.g. it quite instantly drops to 30hz if watching a normal Youtube video.
It's strange this problem, 90% of display battery usage, it's a bug ? a global problem ?
After the update I have better battery endurance, 51% left with 5 hours SOT and just a tiny charging time during the day.
If someone has a battery issue you can try what i just did yesterday. Go to about the phone and update click in the right upper corner and click download newest update or something like that it will download full 2.4 gb rom and after that just do the update, maybee that 240 mb was quack
Now i have pretty decent sot i think but its only the begining
Battery for now seems really good
Played some light games, wifi always ON
edit:
120hz OFF
sync OFF

i'm getting about 6-7% battery per hour of SOT on 60hz screen.. i will test 120hz the next full charge, but i suspect its about 10% per hour of SOT..

After the update I have better battery endurance, 51% left with 5 hours SOT and just a tiny charging time during the day.

Hi. What kind of usage?

I'm a little disappointed for the battery life of this Poco X3. At least for me: with normal usage, under wifi, social and messaging apps, with 60hz refresh rate I get maximum 6/7hrs SoT. I hope it will be optimize in next updates.
