A small EUI does not exist for the Le Pro 3 ( as it does for other leeco devices) However the Crisball EUI 6.30s is based on the latest official EUI Rom and although its a Marshmallow based rom it's actually very good and feels modern. Plus, it comes with a better launcher option and a better camera which is based on the Pixel Rom.
You can get it here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-pro3/development/eui-6-0-30s-official-cleaned-modded-t3861529
Tip
Only install the last version V8, and do not install any of the addon's they were made for the initial version and will break the installation...enjoy.

There is no smallEUI for pro 3 because aurel doesn't own the device. You cannot create a ROM for a phone you don't own. Though, technically, you can, it would be a nightmare unless you have a group of dedicated testers who have some experience with modding and troubleshooting stuff

Very happy with the marshmallow roms.
Currently running http://www.needrom.com/download/s422-lite-rooted/
Fast, good battery, not got the laggyness I had before.. Working fine.
Swapped out the launcher for google now.
Phat does the rom work with dual sims?
EDIT: Nevermind installed that Slick S422 works great cheers.
Does anyone know how to run the OTA update? It downloads & reboots to TWRP. I'm assuming it's a manual process from that point, but can't find the file that it downloaded?
Thanks.
marshmallow runing ok here....

here are the cons of the roms i tried
by far i have used many roms and the serious errors i encountered are given below
1. Resurrection remix --- proximity sensor makes the screen turn off when making a call and it doesnt turn it back on.
--- the gesture setting doesn't get saved, after reboot default config of gestures is loaded.
2. PIXEL farelwell --- WEBVIEW is not working, which results in Internet connection getting lost when browsing
3.Xenon hd --- by far the best i have tried.,doesn't have a keyboard build in first boot ,need to download one.

Hahaha, typical. I just yesterday installed Lineage 14 after running xiaomi.eu Marshmallow roms for my MI Max and today they release they new one...
Would be awsome to hear about how these roms compare?
I do like the integration with your MI account on MIUI roms, otherwise...meh, don't feel like I'm missing out on much.
Sure the interface is a bit nice...
But for me batterylife and smoothness are they main features that I'm looking for.
Id love to hear about your experiences with xiaomi.eu roms compared to the lates ASOP Nougat flavors.

I have not tried the lineage rom. Can i just download the rom and gapps and flash through twrp? The instructions seemed critical so did not try it out. Something like do this if your miui version number changes ?
Today i have downloaded and currently using the latest xiaomi.eu rom. It looks stable but lags a little here and there.

Well, I'm running Mi Max Hydrogen 32 GB / 3gb ram version and did the following to flash the unoffical lineageos 14.1
1. Downloaded the hydrogen rom: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B60OA264UF_PMjVQN3A5a2g2MDg - lineage-14.1-20170201-UNOFFICIAL-hydrogen.zip
2. Downloaded the following firmware: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B60OA264UF_PRmZpSGZpa2ZxOHc - firmware-HYDROGEN_MDG-7.1.5.zip
3. Downloaded pico opengapps for arm64 soc - http://opengapps.org/
4. Did a full wipe (except user data) i.e. not factory reset but selected in TWRP 3.0.2.0 the partitions I wanted to format.
5. Flashed the Hydrogen Rom in point 1.
6. Flashed Firmware in point 2.
7. Flashed Pico Gapps in point 3
8. Wiped Cache & Rebooted.
Its still working fine, ofcourse I made sure to backup my sms and other stuff I wanted to keep from before....MIUI backups and cloud services aren't really compatible with Lineage
Can't really say anything about the batterylife, it's decent but the phone hasn't received a decent nights charge since yesterday.
A few things that I did was to ad adway and modify youtube so that I get an adfree experience without exposed.
Also I've moved Gsam to privilaged systemapps in order to have good battery tracking.
I also use Greenify as I did with Miui 8 and have Greenyfied Facebook, Instagram and such apps that tend to hang around. Also I've Frozen the Stock Music player since it was waking the phone a lot from deepsleep. Did it with Titanium backup.

Noted. Thanks will flash tonight.
Is it smooth? Any lags? The new xiaomi.eu nougat rom is the same as marshmallow. Nothing new..
What about the lineage rom.. Does it feel like you are using nougat?
can i dirty flash 7.2.9 over the leaked MIUI 8 Android 7.0 version?
will it still lock my bootloader?

Actually miui nougat from xiaomi.eu doesn't lock bootloader on Mi Max. It locks bootloader only on mi4c, mi4s and mi note pro.

Now I've actually tried both RR 5.8.0 and Lineage unofficial 14.1 and in my opinion RR is definitely much smoother.
Flashed it about an hour ago so battery and sot is unknown.
But as for Linage the battery life is on par with what I got on miui, maybe slightly shorter but didn't test it enough to get conclusive results.
Lineage is smooth as well, smoother then miui but nothing that I was super amazed by. I didn't have the small hangups when you switch apps and such so it was good, totally satisfactory.
RR on the other hand is a clear difference in smoothness. Gonna test it a bit more, if battery holds up then I'm sticking with this rom.

Tested the battery this night and rr is dozing quite well.
0.3 - 0.4% discharge per hour and it's really smooth as well

Yes its the best rom ever that can even blow up your hardware
Its so cool that the CPU begs you to stop usong the rom and on all other rom you found GPS issue
Can you give a logcat after turning on so that we porters and developers(who never got such a complaint) can specially contact you to have some new bugs whenever our roms feel bugfree
-_-
its lollipop
Hello guys.
I am using Lineage os in my phone p9 lite and it's awesome( of course big thanks to @HassanMirza01 and the guys behind this rom for p9 lite), but still there some problems I was wondering if there is a solution for any of them.
First one is the Camera, can we flash a custom camera in lineage?! When we flash EliteRom 7.7, we have a choice to choose a custom camera to be installed, so can we get one of those to be installed in lineage os?!
Another one is the Battery, it takes a long time to be fully charged, in contrast to the stock roms, so is there a way to charge it fast?!
Thank you so much guys in advance.
I'm currently using crDroid ROM [8.1x] which was good initially but after few months of daily usage, it has began to show it's colours . Now, I really want to switch to EUI but it had the notifications problem (no notifications at all-- for apps like whatsapp & insta etc.), I don't want to change ROMs too frequently because it takes hell of time to transfer every byte of personal stuff, to customize every setting & get the hang of it.
Problems:
* GCam not working (never worked).
* Apps crashing in background (gmail, facebook etc.).
* Heating issue.
* Battery draining like heck (the main reason behind me switching to this ROM).
Please help!!
The better Rom
I've tried
Lineage 14.1 official
Miui Pro
Both have network stability issues .
Battery life is poor . ( This problem may be unique to me though in all fairness to the above mentioned roms )
I do not ues the camera much so the camera app does not matter to me .
I've flashed the above two roms from stock 19s India Rom .
Finally after trying the above two mentioned roms , I'm back on stock 21s unrooted India rom , as I use the phone as my daily driver and cannot afford to have network stability problems .
Cheers !

I can understand but the main problem of EUI was that whatsoever I don't get notifications for apps like whatsapp, instagram, gmail etc. that's why I'm restricting myself for using this as my daily driver, it's too annoying.
ASOP EXTENDED by far is the best ROM for le 2 with good customization and all necessary features, I have tried almost all ROMs for me le 2

Weird thing bout camera in custom ROMs images looks low quality while taking pics but after camera has done processing pictures are more detailed about battery its not that bad. I think dotos has better battery life. aex has substratum which makes me choose aex over dot os.
