How to enable Suggestions in settings on EMUI 5?

Like on a screenshot. Revolution ROM had it by default activated on P9 Lite

For what purpose?
It's unusedfull.
Plus, there is already in Emui.

Go to system/emui/lite/prop/local.prop
Set lite_enabled to false
Reboot

I use a Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL and found this app/activity using the "Activity Launcher" App. I can sort of guess what it does, but does anyone have a first hand experience, who exactly uses it? Where we can get the firmware, etc.?

Usualy on LG there was an option to change apps icons by long pressing them.
