I want to know how to root it and is there any custom firmware with bluetooth calling? What about TWRP or other mods?

Custom ROM for 3GB Redmi note 7

Hey guys! I have my 3gb device and any rom above android 9 miui roms take up too much ram leaving me with just 200-400mb free ram to use. Therefore I avoided custom roms for a long time.
Recently I installed ArrowOS 12.1 and it game me better free ram at first. Then I flashed another rom, upgraded to latest miui firmware and that extra free ram is gone.
Do you have any recommendations for a 3GB ram model?

So far Lineage OS 18.1 was the best in RAM usage and performance/battery life
