Which is the best Nougat rom for S7 EDGE? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

As I said in the title, I need to know which is the best rom Nougat in terms of stability, battery and in general, because I have tried all of oreo and I have problems of overheating and battery drain and since I can not do a downgrade, I need a custom ROM with Nougat that is stable for daily use to install in the S7 Edge, (G935F), I appreciate your help

I would say batman or ironman Rom. I've been using batman (with batstock v1.4.5) for quit some time and still think its great. I would recommend envy's taste of pie theme to get a bit of a pie look on nougat

ROM Suggestion for T Mobile Glaxy S5 SM-G900T

Currently running the latest [ROM][7.1.2_r29][SEPT-24]Resurrection Remix N KLTE[5.8.5][klte+variants] ROM but having too many issues to make it a daily driver. I'm looking for a preferably Nougat ROM but will take Marshmallow, looking for stability with good battery. Any suggestions before I go back to full on Touchwiz, ugh.
Thanks.

New to this custom ROM thing

What is the best ROM to flash my S6 edge plus with for just stability/preformance and battery use? or is the OEM ROM the best for this?
Thanks.
If stability and performance is what you are looking for, I would say Khongloi's s8 port. Feature packed, clean, overall great rom. Only downside on that one is battery. If your looking for a light, battery friendly rom, I would recommend Nemesis s7 port. I just made a ROM for the g928t (TrueStockN) that has been smooth and battery friendly so far. Might be worth testing if that's what your looking for. Don't forget you'll need to install TWRP if you do decide to flash any rom.

Which ROM Oreo ?

Hi guys,
Someone can advise me for a good ROM Oreo ?
I saw the S9 port from Sac23 and Blackpearl, which rom is more stable and fast ?
But it's a S9 Port maybe it's better to try a ROM stock for the S7 Edge but there are many ROM custom like :

I don't know, which is more stable and have a good battery life
really? are you lazy to flash or just read threads? its still beta and not everything works, so test it or wait a couple of weeks for stock

Hello,
I'm currently using BlackPearl V3 rom, battery life is pretty good and it's very smooth, Sac23's port is also a good rom, it depends on you, both are good roms and both are smooth, just watch some screenshots maybe some youtuber's review and chose the one that suits you more!
Have a nice day!

I went with BlackPearl, i didnt like the comments about perf and battery issues of Sac rom.
My device has similar/better performance compared to nougat stock with my actual rom. Im satisfied

Same here Its such a clean Rom, first time I saw S9 features, love the Infinity wallpapers, I wonder if Infinity is available on the S7 Nougat.

ROM recommendations?

So, I'm about to root and install a custom ROM on my girlfriend's S7E, mainly because of the recent problem with Oreo and Instagram as seen here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/help/instagram-stories-oreo-t3804945. So I'm looking for stable Nougat ROMs that favor battery life over features, like AOSP or Nexus based ROMs. I have some experience in rooting and installing custom ROMs in android devices, but it has been around two years since I last messed around with it. Any useful pointers that you think are important?
Most stable Nougat was the Superman Rom for me. No problems over all and nice Battery life.

yup especially with the latest BL and modem files that it flashes. That cell standby drain that plagued oreo is gone.. I use it TGP and love it. Though I am only trying to get the ATT CSC's for it
