Hello Folks,
I'm planning to support the Mi 6 with XASP and i just need the Camera Media Profiles Config File from a AOSP based ROM of Your Device. Could anyone pull it and upload it here for Me!?
Should be in /system/vendor/etc and/or /system/etc...
I'm also searching for a Maintainer for XASP. If someone is interested just PM Me and i'll share the Details with You (You just need to repack/upload from GitHub using a Windows PC or Android Phone once the Month)
dude, i hope this is the file you want. if not, i can upload the other xml files.

I've been trying everything I can think of or find on a google search, and no matter what I do the build fails. I either have the wrong toolchain files or not enough files downloaded, or I'm updating the wrong or not enough build files in my local repo for it to use Linaro properly.
I've found a couple guides on the internet, and they don't work either. Anyone care to share how they did it?
Thanks.

Connecting to a computer via USB
Bluetooth
Can someone post screenshots?
Tried to install it. It's laggy, Google play is unusable, as I can't download any apps as u can see in the screenshot below, portrait mode in front camera does not work, but it's normal, because this is port in early build. MIUI 11 is looking really nice and beautiful, so much better than MIUI 10. Thumbs up for the developer, keep the good work man!

I have tried a few different versions of Gcam for Redmi Note 7 from here:
https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/
But I don't see any difference. Any ideas?
My phone is not rooted. I used the Camera 2 API app but don't understand the results.
This is what I usually use on my RN7, the most updated version of the GCAM / BRAZIL website

Hi Clyde. I see you're on Android Pie, and you say your phone isn't rooted. However, are you running a custom ROM, or are you still on stock MIUI?
I'm running the Pixel Experience ROM on a rooted Redmi Note 7, and the GCam variant that works best for me is the HyperCam E3 with the SayHi XS 2.0 XML configuration file. Here is a link to the GCam Brasil website where you will find all available HyperCam versions: https://gcambrasil.com.br/dev/hypercam-app.
Here is the download link for HyperCam E3 for Android Pie, and here is the download link for the SayHi XS 2.0 XML configuration file. Additionally, you might need the following link to tell you what XML files are, and how to use them: How to Load/Save XML Configs.
HyperCam E3 is a GCam 6.x variant, so your XML files will go in the /GCam/Configs/ folder which you will manually create at the root of your internal storage. This should be enough to get you started. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Hi Clyde. Thanks for the device information. Gcam or its variants, such as HyperCam, might not work as well on stock MIUI as on a rooted phone with a custom ROM, but you can still give it a try. You can try HyperCam E3 with the SayHi XS 2.0 XML config file I sent you, and let me know how it goes.
If you use pro settings on stock camera, then you can get visible small writings with the 800 ISO
I honestly think that stock is good for daily driver, especially with pro settings

I have been finding a free bootloader unlock method for Nokia 6.1 plus
And i found these 2 files
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OKSgR726BqQi_S3KBNFyvKVwfO7Myb19/view?usp=drivesdk
These bootloader unlocking files are for Build number: DRG-237E-0-00CN-B03 (Oreo) which is a Chinese rom
These files need Ntool for flashing which is not free but i think we can use patched Ntool also
You can also find similar looking method on Nokia 3.1 plus, Nokia 8 bootloader unlocking tutorials made by hikari calyx on YouTube
If you want use this files you need to edit it's values and texts properly for the current version you are using
This makes lots of confusion to the normal user
also im not sure that this will work on android 10
Iam using Android 10 (00WW_4_10G-B01)
If someone know the method to edit the values and text in these files and proper method to flash these files via Ntool please share it

those method u cant apply... lots of confusion... best method is generate unlock key and downgrade ur device to unlock it with minimal adb. (both process reduce credits so u cant expect it free)

Every single Nokia 6.1 Plus/X6 in use right now will have different bootloader code tied to its IMEI. You can't simply use another Nokia 6.1 Plus/X6's stuff and use it to unlock your device.
