ReLaunch question - Nook Touch General

Someone please help me with the interface. When it launches I see a screen with folders 'Android, Books, Download, Lost.Dir, My Files and System Volume Information'. Other than that I see navigation buttons for 'Home', an icon with star, a flag icon, search icon and settings icon on top.
I see that on top it says '/sdcard' for the path. How do I browse into the device folders from here?

short cuts to "Programs" & "Settings" forms

Hi,
I'm looking to create a link (.lnk) or another way to bring up the "Program", "Settings" & any other directory of .lnk files so that the programs appear in their selectable icon display format just as they do when brought up using the start button. Any ideas?

Start Menu Question

Is There A Program That Scans For .exe In /program Files And Storage Card/program File And Makez .lnk In Windows/start Menu Or Make Apps Appear On Start Menu Without Making A Lnk To Windows/start Menu Directory .
Try this
pBar can expand your start menu similar to a pc/notebook in xp. It's pretty cool , also a task manage you cn always access in top right (like wisebar) and gives you a battery meter option to view above the top bar

Moving Programs

Hey All,
Does anyone know how to move default start menu icons such as Camera..
Just I think the start menu looks messy
Thanks in advance,
Crafty.
if you mean how to rearrange them inside the start menu, simply tap & hold on any icon, then depending on which rom you have, you can either tap on [move to top] or actually move the icon to a new position.
or.. if you mean how to move the icon to different start menu folder, use file explorer and navigate to /windows/start menu where you can cut & paste the icons jnto different folders. if your unable to see or move the icon link files, you can use total commander, which you can find by searching these forums.
hope this helps

Quick Link to a File - Is It Possible?

I have several excel files that i use frequently enough to make this very helpful indeed. Also, is it possible to customize the text and/or the icon used for the file in addition?
assuming using built in file manager...
press and hold the file, choose copy, browse to windows/start menu press and hold, choose paste as shortcut. now you can assign it to a quicklink.
as for the icon, not sure, maybe hand edit the link file and reference the icon there,, or if you browse to
hklm software htc manila home
find the numbered key your link is in and play with the icon reference there.
i don't bother with icons, sorry.

[Q] Lost my icons

I am using Androkidd on my device which is an Android type screen on which I created an icon directly to system settings and another icon which went directly to the "new text message" page.
I needed to move the app to the storage card and in doing so lost some quick launch icons. Therefore it was necessary to redo the icons lost, but now I cannot find the paths to the settings and new text message screens. I do not remember in which file/s they were located.
The links do not appear anywhere in the Windows directory that I can identify. A link to 'Settings' is found in the Start menu, but the path cannot be determined.
Can anyone help me? I'm up against a wall on this one.
Thank you.

If you moved the app, you should have some configuration or settings file, which should be readable in a text editor. Having said that, if you need the links to settings, take a look at this:

Hope this helps.
