Currently have the Pie Beta 1 firmware for the S8+ Snapdragon and I'm on T-Mobile. I know T-mobile deployed the official OTA Pie update but I have not received it, I keep checking manually and nothing. I know OTA updates takes some time to appear in every device but Its been a while and nothing. Just wondering, do I receive OTA updates if I have a Pie beta firmware installed?? there is something I have to do to receive OTA updates if I have a beta firmware?? or do I have to manually flash the firmware using Odin??
Any help would be really appreciated ...... help please!!

I see the nougat ota update for PH1, but Verizon released new sotware before I saw that. I don't see any ota nougat updates for PI3. Does anybody have them?
Downgrade to PH1 and install the OTA update from recovery. Worked for me.
i dont have the update in the OTA

There is no update to 7.1.1 yet.
The latest is 7.0 and this is currently being rolled out to BETA testers only.
When will I get the 7.1.1 OTA update ?
You will get it when it will come out for your phone, though you will able to flash it via Odin if you won't receive the OTA immediately. At the moment there is no 7.1.1 rom for galaxy s7

Hi bruh, how did you get Oreo for G9550? I just got a used galaxy s8+ (g9550) yesterday. Still on Nougat 7.0, build number NRD90M.G9550ZHU1AQG6, with baseband version G9550USQU1AQGL.
I have no luck checking the system update menu. I'm not living in China/Hongkong, I guess that's why I don't get the update. Is it possible for me to update it manually? I mean like flashing through odin?
I am in China, bought the G9550 in HK, and I am also on 7.0, not getting any ota updates.
Seems strange, because if you check their official website, you can see they have the Oreo manuals for G9550 already.
Hi. I also bought SM-G9550 and I live in Poland. It is shame that for a such a big market oreo update is still not available... Do you know if there is any altrenative in already available builds that will work on this one?
Hi when i had nogaut i saw a post here on xda about how to update to a leaked oreo throught the recovery with a zip tha was on february but today i was visiting samobile and realize there has been security updates for oreo on april on my previous region TPA(Panama) so my question its why i havent receive any ota update if the firmware im running its not country dependant
I wonder about that too.. currently on 2cred.. I applied every single update via SD card, but I never recieved any ota updates..
hey i have att s8 950u unlocked phone. currently I am using android 8.0 and i saw the news that android 9.0 coming for s8 in march 2019. i cant update my phone by ota but manually. so i need the odin file. and now i want to know i am getting the odin file in march or i have to wait when att releases the update?
also im using may 2018 oreo update. i searched a lot but didnt get other updates on internet.
