Hi all,
I bought a Skandinav SWE X88 head unit. It looked nice and the fitment in the car is good, but a lot doesn't work and Skandinav isn't replying on my e-mails.
Can someone help me upgrade my software?

So I have a Audi A4 B8 from 2008.
It has no MMI, only the concert Radio.
From start it never worked correctly and I think the MCU file is incorrect.
I don't understand the file.xygala.com website where I can download a new file.
Can someone give me a little bit of support on this matter?

It doesnt look like a RK3188 PX3 device. the formatting of version numbers are very different to other PX3 devices.
Have you tried to contact the seller/manufacturer ?

Its not an MTCD unit - "MTCD" would appear in the MCU field. This doesnt mean it isnt RK3188/PX3 processor - many different headunits use this processor, not just MTCB, MTCB and MTCD units but it isnt any of these (its also not an "Xtrons" unit - Xtrons are a seller not a manufacturer). Try the Android headunits general forum.
I recently had an Android 10.25" head unit installed into my GLK350 to replace the previous NTG4.5 display.
I'm looking for any documentation to help me locate the hidden menus and to explain what many of the esoteric terms represent within these menus. But for now if someone can tell me the exact make and model of my head unit that will do. From there i will go hunting for any documentation and rooting possibilities. If there's an Android app which can pull more useful information I'd be open to installing it.

hello, I think we are on the same boat. I have the BMW version but same platform msm8965 aka snapdragon 625. I need to enter in recovery mode since I activated the screenlock pin and the unit doesnt recognize it anymore. Do you know how to do it? The reset button on the back does only soft reset

I bought a stereo in Aliexpress
I tell the seller it had bugs in the software so he send me a wrong OTA upgrade firmware and now the stereo starts but get freeze and restart all the time.
I was reading a lot of forums and test a lot of ROMs but is difficult to solve because the most firmwares I used do the same, the stereo starts normally but gets freeze at 10 seconds (Inclusive the last 9213A firmware of the page XYAUTO)
The seller send me another OTA upgrade firmware but I cant update because freeze
Can anyone send or post the link with this Full Firmware or dump to use with flashtool???

In short, I really want to ROOT my Junsun V1C to get Viper4AndroidFX to work on it. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello all! Found this forum after surfing a bit looking for some answers to some questions. My gf recently purchased a car 2nd hand from someone who had no clue how to operate the head unit installed. She was told that the first owner was a car guy and installed it himself and didn’t impart any of that knowledge to the next buyer and now we’re trying to figure it out ourselves from scratch. So onto the questions,
Is there a way to find out what the password is to factory reset the unit? We’ve tried a few different combinations to no avail. The previous owners data is still in the unit and we want to reset it instead of deleting things manually.
Is it possible to change the Km/h to miles on the main display? We’ve tried going thru the Google account attached to Google maps but it doesn’t change the main display.
