Hello my phone was rebooting itself once or twice a day after installing custom rom, which was pretty good rated for my x722.
After couple of days,i put it to charge at 70 %, made three bootloops and screen went black. When i try to turn it on now, it's only vibrating.
I tried the methods of solving hardbrick but nothing helped. Do i have some hardware problem?

Hey guys!
So a couple of days ago I accidentialy dropped my SM-N910F in some water and let it rest there for about 2 mins.
My first reaction was to remove the battery etc. After 24 hours I recognized that the softkeys wont work anymore. So I opened it, fixed all the stuff and wiped +flashed a clean stock ROM. At this moment I thought the device was back in life. But from then on my Note 4 keeps rebooting every 2-5 minutes, but just when the screen is off. If the screen is on, even with a timer for about 20 minutes, nothing happens. Already replaced the battery, but nope. Didnt fix anything. If the device is off and i try to charge it, it automaticaly starts to boot after a couple of minutes. Tried another flash, another wipe, another everything. Any suggestions what to do now?
Thanks for your help!
hi, my son let some water swap over his brand new redmi 3s 32GB. he said not much, but enough to destroy the phone as it seems. the only thing happening is a permanent bootloop: black screen, short vibration, mi logo, black screen, vibration, boot logo.... and so on.
tried to flash a fastboot image but no way to get into fastboot or recovery mode as the restart occurs to fast. some times the fastboot screen appears instead of the mi logo (or the low batterie logo as i let the battery run empty yesterday to test this out), but before the pc can recognize the device correct its already booting again (3-5 sec each time).
i already opened the device and put it in rice for 48h to get the humidity out but without any succes.
any other ideas? thanks, ..
Problem solved! If anybody occurs the same problem try to change the power flex cable, this solved my problems. Found the idea in another thread for another device from another brand but it works like a charm: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2638916 i got a new cabl for less then 10 euro @eBay, if theres no hurry you get them for less the 2 eur @aliexpress!
Stock .21 firmware. Never tried any other ROMs. Battery went down to 1% last night, charged it on stock charger to 30% then moved it to a different charger. An hour after that I got a call, I hanged up and about 1 hour later I heard the phone buzzing every 30 sec or so, I looked at it and realized it's in bootloop. If I press Vol- and Power I can get it in fastboot and with Vol+ and Power in Recovery. Can't figure out what to do from there though.
Update: Pressed -+ and left it the whole day in that mode. Came home, and it booted up and looked fine for about 3 minutes then it shut down by itself. It seems to me that there's some sort of memory/storage corruption. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?
Phone booted normally and I was able to use it for about 12 hours. I was doing a Whatsapp backup this morning when it shut down and got into the bootloop again.

If you are using stock, immediately get rid of your usb c cable and buy a new one. There could be an issue with the cable that is causing problems with your battery.
Try to keep the charge percentage between 20% and 80%
Finally, your battery stats may be off. To resolve a battery stats issue you will need to reset the phone. Which again, if you are using stock and have never used a custom rom. You should definitely do a factory reset.
Same issue on 2 different chargers with 2 different cables that used to work well until now. None of the cables are stock. One of the chargers is stock, the other one aftermarket. My wife's S3 doesn't have any issues using the same cables and chargers. Issue seems to be happening when battery is full or almost full. Phone gets into a soft reset bootloop. I let it drain yesterday and was able to get in and do a factory reset. I then added my account and left it installing and updating apps overnight, while connected to the charger. Woke up with the phone off and after pressing power for 12 sec it got into the bootloop again. As you can imagine, it's impossible to keep the battery under 80%. Would it help if I try a custom rom? Maybe a new battery? I'm open to any suggestions as I really like this phone and can't find anything similar at a reasonable price.
So phone still reboots when battery is high. I can however get into Fastboot Mode and Tool All-In-One detects it. Tried to unlock the bootloader in the tool but it failed. I'm willing to try anything to get the phone back up and running but not sure where to start. Would really appreciate some guidance.
It really sounds like the battery is bad. You can buy a new battery for $8 .
If you replace the battery : Do NOT use a hairdryer to remove the screen. You will need a heat gun, they cost 7 dollars at harbor freight.
With a heat gun the lcd screen will practically fall off into your gloved hand.
I was going to offer to connect remotely and help with unlocking the bootloader and installing TWRP, Root and a Rom. But I sincerely believe that you need to get a new battery first.
Hello to everyone.
I have an android box MX10 PRO that used to work for 1.8 years. 3 days ago it started to restart himself end never stayed on but kept doing it. I turned it off. Now the strage thing is that it start and you can use it for 10 min. Than it turn off. I re insert the power and the blu light indicator is very low, than it goes away and the device does not start. I let it cool because i thought it was for the CPU temp, but does not start. The next day it started again. You can use it 10 min and goes off again. It seems like it want to work only 10 min a day . Very strange. I want to say that till now the device never had heating issue. I was impresed about that. But i'm not understanding the problem now. I think we can exclude the firmware because the device cannot even power on, so it is not firmware. I was thinking about the CPU. But does not seem overheating problem.
Anyone has faced similar issue? Any idea?
Yesterday i reinstalled the ROM to be sure is not a firmware issue. Nothing changed. But, the thing i noticed was this. The device can be power on by the USB port. So i tested a phone charger 5V-2A and the device start till the ANDROID logo, than it restarts everytime. With the power supply the situation is the same. It works after about 10 hours and for only 5-10 minutes. Than it does not power on at all.
HI all!!
I am experiencing a very weird issue with my Samsung Galaxy Tab a 2016 SM-T580.
Few months ago, it started to charge very slowly. As it had three years and an extensive usage, I decided to change the battery, but it remained in the same situation.
When the tablet is off, it charges about 6 or 7 %, very slowly (maybe it takes about 2 or 3 hours) and afterwards it stops charging and the screen shows the warning yellow triangle with the exclamation symbol. If the tablet is on, it charges the same, about 6 or 7 % and then it stops charging.
As I said, I changed the battery with no positive result. I´ve also tried several charging cables and chargers (I have other two same model tablets and these cables and chargers are working perfectly). I have also cleaned the USB port with some cotton and alcohol, with no result. I have also checked the internal conections inside the tablet several times, and nothing.
I´ve also wiped the cache, hard formatted the tablet several times, tried with the LineageOS ROM, formatted and re-formatted the internal partitions with TWRP, re-installed the Official ROM but nothing changes. It´s still in the same situation.
I´m really thinking it is not a hardware issue but a software/firmware problem, but I do not what else to do. I guess something must be corrupted. I remember that some time ago, this tablet gave me some problems when installing the last Samsung update via OTA, but finally I was able to install it.
I was thinking to make a battery calibration, but my fear is that for that, the tablet must be charged 100% and now, it could take several days untill I get it fully charged.
The table is not rooted and it has the last official ROM from Samsung installed.
I don´t know what else to do. Any suggestion is more than wellcome. This tablet is good enough and my other two ones are working perfectly. I also changed the battery in another one of them and it´s working as the first day.
Again, I think it´s a firmware issue.
Thanks a lot in advance
