Problems after OTA updates

I'm experiencing some problems after getting the Froyo update and then the latest OTA update. Not sure how to correct these, and would appreciate some feedback..
After Froyo update:
When using alarm clock, it will go off and not display the Dismiss/Snooze buttons to turn off the alarm. Even if I navigate into alarm options and uncheck it, still keeps going. Only way I can get this to turn off is by removing the battery. Not fun to try doing at 4am in the dark after I just had the crap scared out of me by the alarm. This doesn't happen every day, only a couple days a week, very randomly.
After latest OTA update:
When I am typing in text messages, the haptic feedback suddenly stops working. Doesn't happen when i type letters, press menu buttons, or touch anything else on the screen. Sometimes it will randomly start working again, other times it doesn't work until i put the phone in sleep and pick it up a few minutes later.
anyone else having the market force close occasionally when try to update apps?
Yep, I do.

Navbar and Notification shade freezing, even after full wipe.

Hi,
The navigation and status bars, and notification shade (presumably because they are controlled by the same system process) are freezing very often on my Nexus 4. It seems to happen after unlocking the phone when it's been on standby - either the little dotted circle persists for 2-3 seconds or the navigation buttons begin the 'fade in' animation, and freeze during it for a 2-3 seconds. The status bar is also affected, the time disappears from the top-right corner and the notification shade is unresponsive while frozen, then moving rapidly as it catches up with my finger movements that occurred during the freeze.
The most confusing part of the issue is that it has persisted across a full system wipe. It originally began on PA 3.99, and so I decided to do a factory wipe and go back to stock, blaming the ROM. I made sure to wipe all storage and settings, caches and restore the stock recovery. This worked for a short while but the issue has returned as bad as ever. It seems to go away temporarily when I reboot, but returns fairly soon. The only link between the installations is whatever settings are restored from Google's servers when setting up the phone. Could they be at fault? Has anyone else had the issue, or does anyone know of a fix?
Thanks.

Notification Pull Down

For some reason after updating to MJ7 the notification pulldown will stop working. It will be fine after rebooting but then after awhile, no rhyme or reason, I can't pull down. Anyone else having this issue?

[Q] Why Is The Battery Notification In The Notification Bar Missing On Crash ROM?

Ok so, I just recently installed Crash on my I9500 and it doesn't really run that smooth, noticed it peaks at about 1.5mb quite frequently. But that's not the point, I'm missing the battery icon in the notification bar.
Does anyone know how to fix this bug? Also I've been getting not enough room on this page pop up on my phone :/

Nav Bar not working at all on pie ... anyone else?

Just updated my phone today to PIE and my home button will not work at all. I've been mashing it to get out of apps (which isn't working) or open multitasking and I have to swipe up at least 50 times to get to apps. However, the back button is working. I am going to try and flash a couple more times, but I have already tried that 3 times. Anyone got an idea on how to fix or have similar problems?
Edit: Notification slide won't work either.
Update: Got upset and now my phone is wiped. Buttons work though.
