Unbranded unit help

Hi there i bought a 2011 Kia Sportage with a unbranded android 2din head unit.
Specs is as follows:
cortex -A9 Dual Core
DDR3 1GB Ram
Android 4.2.2
MCU Version: 4.3.7-16-61-650101
System version: 2.7.3.8
Firstly i don't know where to get firmware to update the unit.
Secondly i am not sure if it has built in wifi, when i click on the wifi icon nothing happens and when i go into setting and click on for wifi it just says swithcing on and that keeps on showing without anything happening.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Unbrick allwinner t3 quadcore mekede manufactured

1- i updated my quadcore t3 mcu and i missed voice
2- I trying to resolve by update mcu more and more
Device stop looding and only open recovery mode
3- i trying to resolve by use os update more and mor by using different os update zh5 ; tw2 ; ked 1
And now device stop only has black screen.
4- i searched more in xda and YouTube founded one solution in YouTube by using live site for unbrick allwinner tablet . But how i get pc drive for my unit

Hi. Does anyone know how to get into recovery mode at startup. And where would I get the poriginal firmware. Or newer. Thank you

Hi guys..
I'm a little bit lost.
It seems that MCU is not ok maybe?? I can't connect with radio, bluetooth, cd, etc.... Only as a tablet.
Tried to contact with seller but nothing.
I don't know the manufacturer. Was "Andream" brand, maybe the emails of contact are the same as "eway"
Do you have an idea of what can I do? Any MCU soft reliable to try to install.
