Lock Screen Crash

My settings crash when I try to change my lockscreen settings. Every time I go to Settings-->Lock Screen-->Screen lock I get this error: "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped!

please help i ready have rooted zk550kl my only problem is that i cannot unlock the boot loader i have already use zk550kl and zk600kl unlock bootloader apk but boot failed to unlock ...what will i do now i installed lolippop firmware with pre rooted ... i need to unlock the bootloader to install twrp recovery and lineage 14.1 please help ... this asus give me a lot of problems unlike sony and samsung it;s easy to unlock thier boot loader please help

Edit: No one replied with a good answer so i reinstalled stock recovery while keeping root and turned off OEM Unblock and it bricked my device with "custom binary blocked by frp lock" and i am currently fixing it with Smart Switch initialization. Moral of the story: Never disable OEM Unlock

Does this happen after you turn off OEM Unlock because the recovery is not stock (TWRP is installed) or because the device is rooted or both?

Please note that i had the "custom binary blocked by frp lock" error but i fixed it with Smart Switch initialization. I want to turn off OEM Unlock for security reasons

just flash previous firmware version which u have in your phone before frp lock.
nothing to worry its not bricked.
only ensure version u are going to flash is same as before , flash via odin and enjoy

I already did it, my question is that if i remove TWRP and install the stock recovery while keeping root, will disabling "OEM Unlock" show "custom binary blocked by frp lock"

I am going through a similar enigma. I have S7 Edge. If I log in with Google and then turn down unlock on will I get custom binary error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an old thread, but I am having the same problem; (stupidly) unchecked OEM Unlock. Reboot, and now I have "Custom binary blocked by FRP lock".
When you say "fixed it with Smart Switch initialization", does that essentially mean reflashing firmware?
And as a result, erasing all data?
I've read that flashing stock firmware can save the hardware, but I'm much more concerned about the data; I need my contacts, photos, txts, etc.
EDIT: Err, shoot. I see now this was posted by a Guest, so I doubt the OP is going to give me a response. Anyone else help?

Hello guys i have honor 8 lite(PRA-AL00X) i have installed emui 8 and after installing, i formatted my device there after my device not booting .
when i booted in fastboot then it show's frp locked and phone relocked . now i need frp unlock password to unlock frp also i have bootloder unlock code but its not working. So if any one has idea to get frp unlock password then please help me.

Hi I have the exact same problem with my P8 Lite 2017(rebranded to Honor 8 Lite to install EMUI8). Phone is in the exact same state. I tried this:

kept getting "Getting Package Info Failed".
dload method doesn't work(tried with b361, b170 and b166)
I have nocheck emui8 recovery installed. Cannot Factory Reset either.

If you still have Huawei erecovery, You can do recovery using it and it automatically installs the full rom. You may need to / several bootloop might happen and wait for like 20 minutes, You will have stock Android. You can then enable oem unlock inside. You will need to unlock bootloader and flash twrp again after this

Dear guys i'm new with flash rom on samsung ... i used odin to flash twrp but in phone screen read frp lock and can't flash TWRP
unfortunally i can't enter in my phone,to switch as developer ... because i restore screen lcd after my friend broken and now forget pattern to unlock... hot to fix this???
