Sorry if it is a redundant question but I've haven't got a clear answer of why VoLTE on S7 edge Pie roms (Lineage and AOSP variants) is considered impossible.
Or is there a way this can be enabled in the future ?

I am using Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus with custom Rom 7.0 & Volte is working fine on this, a few days back I tried to install custom rom 7.1.1 but unfortunately, Volte is not working, even I tried different 7.1.1 rom but the same issue persists. Finally, I had to go back to my old rom 7.0. Please suggest getting Volte working in custom rom 7.1.1.

VoLTE among other features doesn't work on Samsung phones with custom ROMs
Is there any chances of getting VoLTE on RR or similar Android 7+ rom for Samsung Galaxy J5(2015) ?
Or any ROM with VoLTE support(no stock ROM)?

Looking for recommendations on VoLTE enabled ROMs that are not Marshmallow. Nougat/Oreo will do fine. Currently using Lineage OS 16 (Pie) but after using for 3 months, I realized that not having VoLTE is making it difficult for me.
Also, want someone to confirm whether VoLTE is working in Lineage OS 15 (Oreo) after the 19.03.2019 update?
