I've got a Galaxy S8 (950U) for a cheap, but that phone was on a lease. Has Rent-a-center lock. So when I'm trying to reinstall firmware with Odin - it doesn't go through because of MDM unlock thing. Please, help me - if there is any chance to recover it into a working phone? It will be so great )) I'll be so grateful for any help!

I think you will need to get the proper combination firmware for your phone, that's clear.
I'm not really familiarized with this kind of lock, but I assume that it can be bypassed, and almost sure you'll need the combination for that goal.

I bought this phone today,but it come kinda with problems,it dont read SIM card,it restarts from alone when you lock the phone,the finger print dont work,and the seller sayed that this happened all after the update to lollipop,so i wanna to install new lollipop on it but i am confused with this CSC i cann not figure it out so i cann download the firmare to install on ti,so cann someone help.THANKS

This is my first every post, so please overlook any mistake or rules I may be breaking. Thank you.
I've a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G531H DUAL SIM. What happened was that I forgot the password to my G-mail ID, also I wanted to refresh my device so I did a hard-reset. After the hard-reset was complete, the device asked me to enter my G-mail ID which I did not remember. After some research on the internet I tried to flash the stock rom that I downloaded from SamMobile through ODIN. Unfortunately, it failed due to the FRP being ON.
Also I found out how I could have solved the problem earlier by using OGT cable, but I realize its too late for that now. Now, I can't start my cell-phone so that I can disable the FRP and I can't disable the FRP because I can't flash any ROM. I've been trying to solve this problem since 6 continuous hours.
Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I'm Having the same problem, tried to flash using ODIN V3.10 but it stuck at FRP Lock and fail flashing.
I had tried Kies, but it cannot identify my S/N. Please Help

Hello man, post here your complete firmware, you find it in settings, phone info ( ex. VNS-L31C02B405 , VNS-L21C55B410 , etc...)

Im just using this while I send my xz to sony for repair. Microphone has broken. Even though fully refurbished not long ago when sent it in for charging port repairing and sony customer service is terrible. Wont be buying sony again. Looking at getting the huawei p20 pro next

sorry I expressed myself incorrectly, I did not want to know your stuff, I was just trying to figure out what was wrong with the updates of your branded version. Anyway, you need a rebrand.
I think changing to the European version no brand (C432) is the best choice.
There are several guides, in which you will also find the files used for conversions.
You only know if you have a mono or dual SIM device, so you need OEMinfo and firmware version for your SS or DS phone.
Follow step by step the guide you choose, I suggest you read at least twice (three is better) the guides....
Here I place only a couple of guides (slightly different for how they do their job) taken randomly, but there are others, just use 'search' in the p9 lite's threads ...

okay, first of all, im not exactly a newb, but im not really good with all the wording of things. so i have a galaxy s8 with model number (firmware number?) g950usqs7dsk2 , and ive been trying to get past this dang frp lock for months now. i cannot find a combination file for it, and i have no idea how to find the actual bootloader version, i think if i have figured it out correctly its 7(?). can anybody out there help me through this??? i have no money to spend on getting people to do it for me, and samsung and repair shops refuse to help me. please somebody help! i cant use the hush sms method because i dont have another phone at the moment, and i most definitely dont have another sim to put in this other phone. i dont even know if i put this in the correct section, because i havnt posted to xda more than once before.

I don't know if there is a bit 7 combination file out yet. That's got only hope unless they have patched that too
