Hello,
Any option to deactivate the proximity sensor in Lockscreen but only in lockscreen? I use bxActions for skipping tracks with volume keys .. when I close my flipcase screen will completely turn off after some time.. but bxActions need AOD to work .. I use CarHDRom Android Pie .. yeah I know skip with volume is a feature of this rom but it doesn't work with Spotify ..
Have a nice Day

Just found a really cool apps on playstore.
I was missing the feature to light up the led while im on the lockscreen.Yes theres widget you can put on the lockscreen, and some rom have those
feature while you press home button on the lockscreen, it light up.
But i want to keep touchwiz feature and the widget was not as i expect .I like to have dashclock and the widget dashlight unlock the phone.
So take a look at flahlight led genius, you can set up the sensivity of the sensor so it wont light up for nothing

Nice! Works great...thanks for this find!
I have a rooted 6p running the latest stock rom, and I have two questions about flashlight:
1) Is there a lockscreen widget that would allow me to turn on the (camera) flashlight by e.g. double tapping an icon on the lockscreen, without first unlocking the phone?
(I installed gravitybox and I can put on the lockscreen an icon of a third-party flashlight app, but to run that app I need to first unlock the phone with pin and/or fingerprint).
2) Is it possible to adjust the brightness of the flashlight when used as a flashlight and without affect the brightness when used with the camera?
Thanks!

First of, you do not need to unlock your phone to turn on the flashlight. You can pull down the notification screen even when the phone is locked. to turn on the flash light.
I do not think, you can adjust the brightness of the flashlight without using a third party app. Try Flashlight app.

You can use the wake gestures app. I have it set up so swiping right turns the flashlight on. Works without the screen being on as well.

Is it the wake on gesture app in the store by team.fluxion?
Not what you were asking for, but I use power button flashlight. 3 pushes of the power button turns the flashlight on.
You can also pay for the additional option if you want to turn the flashlight off using 3 presses. Otherwise you have to tap the app to turn the light off.
The flashlight 3 presses are more of a dash dash dash press, slower presses with a short pause between the presses. Whereas the camera 2 button presses are like a dot dot action (rapid presses one after the other Like Morse code).

I remember when I first got the G4 Plus , running Android 6.0, a tap on the fingerprint scanner revealed the on screen navigation buttons, similar to a swipe gesture from the edge of the screen, while in immersive mode. Is there a way to enable it manually?
I bought the g5+ for my dad and would really like to have one button nav AND the nav bar enabled.
I guess what I really want is the ability to wake the phone using the finger print sensor WITHOUT having a fingerprint lock (old person doesn't want it)
but still have the nav bar available. Is this possible without root?
Thanks!
just for sanity sake. Does everyone's s10 plus vibrate on the full gesture navigation if you have touch vibration on? I'm wondering if this was a setting copied over from my op6t when I restored from Google backup..

Anyone?
Nope. First time I've heard of this happening.
Does yours vibrate on the navigation keys in full gesture navigation? Mine only does if I go to the standard 3 button navigation keys with system vibration turned on
I came from the op6t and no such issue with mine and I'm also using gestures
Do you have haptic feedback with your gestures?

There is no vibration with gestures. If you want vibration, I suggest this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ivianuu.oneplusgestures formerly known as OnePlus Gestures
It works very well
Awesome thank you.. I did have vibration with gestures until i wiped the phone. Copying from my google backup of my op6t for sure carried over its settings including this and my blue light filter settings
