Does anyone know how to get the Note 9 Camera working with LoD?
Can't use Video Conferencing with either App or Browser without Note 9 Camera support.
Linux on DeX, running Ubuntu 16.04 lts, is Samsung & Ubuntu's new Beta program.

[How to] Launch PC OS/software/services (Linux&Windows&OSX) on Zenfone 2 ze551ml
Hi ! I've found a way concerning apps for Linux & Windows compatibility, because we have x86 cpu, we are able to launch it (especially windows software with Wine and PlayOnLinux) after dedicated installation of Linux distribution chrooted (on img file or dedicated partition on SDcard), and search people can speak english and french to translate my tutorial (not finish yet) in english.
I'm searching a way to use VirtualBox too (trying to launch Windows & OSX), but we don't have linux-headers packages for our Linux Kernel, so i can't compile modules drivers for him, i've found a way with linux kernel of chrome-OS, maybe we can do something like that ?.
Concerning 2D and 3D acceleration, i've found a way with software mesa renderer, but a lib is developed here for translate OpenGL ES calls to OpenGL (like wine do the same between DirectX and OpenGL).

Hi,
We make a Debian based Linux distribution that runs as an application on top of Android.
For Raspberry Pi 4 we use KonstaKang's latest 64bit LineageOS 19 (Android 12).
Installation is as simple as installing Android APK's. You can download a free evaluation
version from volkspc.dot.org.
Regards
Vasant
This can also be done with apps like AnLinux, Andronix, Debian noroot, or with proot-distro in termux.
It has been a while since I updated thread - . We just made a new release yesterday. This is based on KonstaKang's LineageOS 20 (Android 13). We also provide a SDK so that developers can build their own Debian Bullseye based distribution.
Our Linux desktop is now based on Debian Bookworm XFCE 4.18. The SDK has also been updated to Bookworm. More details at volkspc.org.
Our latest release works well with both of KonstaKang's LineageOS 20 (Android 13) and AOSP 13.
My M8 has been sitting in a drawer for too long… just installed an amazing Android ROM on it but I want it to enter its next phase of life…
…. With Ubuntu Touch.
Right now it’s based on 16.04 and should be getting an upgrade to 20.04 “soon”
Halium is the base for the OS and with all the LineageOS ports it does not seem like there should be a problem getting Ubuntu installed!
Privacy and security are its focuses as an OS - it runs really well on other devices and is also great as a tinker phone.
Anyone want to give this a shot once I have some flashable images?
