I was testing Ressurection Remix rom (Android Pie) and I really liked the partial screenshot feature, now I'm back to stock and I'm wondering it there's some magisk module to enable it (I don't want to install a screenshot apk, I want to press power + volume down and be able to crop my screenshot like on RR)

i'm using resurrection remix rom 5.8 version for my redmi 2, in this rom there is a feature where you can double tap on the lock screen to sleep the screen. i want to ask is there any way to enable double tap to wake feature like the previous version of this rom. not using any third party app .. is there any flash-able zip to get this feature installed??

update to the latest version of RR or get a custom kernel for this feature.
Update to RR 5.8.1, it have built-in DT2W feature.
The latest rr doesn't have dt2w so u will have to flash another kernel. I recommend jerrica

You need to install a kernel that supports this feature.. Try Quanta Reborn kernel (by @sudokamikaze). Once you flash the kernel, use any app like Kernel Auditor to enable double tap to wake...

since one year my note is running Resurrection Remix N v5.8.5 with android 7 and i am very happy with this ROM, because the app "spencommand" is running great and the recognition of the attachment und detachment of the spen and the cropped screenshot function works 100% with xenial kernel.
The last weeks I tested several Oreo and Pie ROMs and I did see, that neither with lolz kernel nor with the other alternative kernel (sorry, but i forgot the name) there is no support for the spen, that means, that the attachment and the detachment is not working.
Is there an alternative app? For me the most important thing is, that you can pull the spen and take a screenshot und write a note or draw something on that screenshot. Can anybody give me a hint?

currently im on LOS 16 by AmulyaX. i luv this rom, so smooth and fast with good battery backup.
bummer there`s no "one hand mode"......
i`m searching for a custom rom with the following features:
advanced power menu
one hand mode
long press back button kill app
long press power button for torch
double press power button for camera
invert layout for navbar
frequent updates till stable and from time to time security patch to dont get outdated
thats it.
there are so many custom roms on telegram.
some without feature list and sometimes dont find in internet.
can u recommend me a custom rom for lavender ?

I have a feature called back gesture on my redmi note 5 pro with resurrection remix rom. This can let me back gesture and hold to lock screen. Let me lock screen in any page any app. Could I find out the same feature in poco m3 custom rom? Iv been install so many custom rom.
And still missing this feature.
