Bluetooth failure

Hi everybody,
I own a HTC P3600 (under the S300+ brand) and despite a lot of attempt to setup a bluetooth connection it seems that the hardware is not recognized at all.
I have the message "there is no bluetooth hardware installed" and each time i check the BT box "activate BT" when i switch back to the activaton tab the option is unchecked. When i try to scan other devices i have an error message "problem with the bluetooth hardware"
I thought i could find a software that could verify the hardware configuration like the one we have on win XP or a driver i could install over the actual configuration but i didnt find anything.
At first the internal GPS didnt work as well but after i flashed the OS with the original OS version + the radio extension V1.48 it now works fine. However i would like to use my external BT GPS (sirf III) which is more accurate and efficient.
I'm really desperate and dont know what to do to activate the BT.
i tried hardware and soft reset, even an OS upgrade (WM6) without results.
If anyone has an idea of what i could do to test the hardware to verify if the BT is dead or if its related to a software problem.

Just one more bump and if nobody has any idea well then i give up..

I m having the same problem with the bluetooth, i tried to turn on a a message " error bluetooth hardware". Whata did you do to fix your problem.

i have a i mate no bluetooth
no bluetooth hardware after replacing backup bat tried rom up load no go hard boot any ideas.

I have the same probleme, do you have any idea Please ?

Try upgrading/reflashing you Radios.

Hi, i've discovered that is a registry problem but i don't know what is the wrong key to repalce it

wm6 on ba and up to date incompatibility?

i have downloaded the latest rom on ba but i have a medical program the gives me error message every time i ran it " remote libaraty loading failed" i donot know what to do if any one faced the same problem

well you have to connect to internet in order to work, i believe this software updates itself over the internet and it tryes to connect on startup but when it fail to create connection it closes.

Bluetooth not receiving files

Hi,
I have X1 from Vodafone UK. I don't know if this problem is happend on all xperia but mine is not receiving any files from other nokia or pc.
Yes, I do the thing with beam - [x]Receive all incoming beams but when I try to send a file to X1 I receive the error: transfert failed or service not active
I can send the files with no problem to pc or other phones.

In the Bluetooth settings, under Security do you have Authenication (Passkey) required ticked?
Try unticking it, or making sure that you pair up the two devices with passkeys (0000 or aaaa will be fine).
Also keep an eye out for any prompts on either device that might need a quick response to.

Yes I used with passkey and without. the phone is not receivinf any file!

Problem solved! I installed hc4_inbox.cab. This is obex DLL from HTC.
Install - reboot - settings - connections and a new icon there -obex inbox. VERY NICE!
Is working without any problem. NOW I can receive in 1ms any files.

Which function? Do you have Filetransfer in settings-connections? Can you post a screen of this?

Thanks for this. I've also been unable to transfer files over BT. Installing above cab solved it...
EDIT - after a soft reset this no longer works. How to solve this?

O2 Atom Life Problem

i have O2 Atom life which the system device is
data bus : 32 bits
flash size: 1 gb
ram size:64 mb
extrom : ex0917
hardware: v7
Radio : AL1_KLNC2340_070905_RS0001
ROM : WWE_RC2140907B2
and the trouble is
1. I cannot turning on the wifi. it's only appears loading but wifi cannot turning on
2. i can send and receive sms, but i can't make a phone call , when i tried to make a phone call shown " Cannot complete the call. the signal may be unavailable or the phone number may not be valid. verify the number or try again later." I can receive a phone call but everytime i klik answer button there's nothing happened.
3. I can't connect to GPRS even the setting is alright.
when I tried self diagnostic for WLAN with usb connect to pc result is pass but when it not plug in to pc its shown "get adapter info () return FALSE"

You have say which ROM you use? Which software you've installed?

hi, i think better u hard reset your atom life to be factory setting which default setting, then u need to install network wizards, its will be funtion at all.

If the above two solutions dont work, try flashing to a more reliable ROM and also consider changing the Radio firmware because that seems like it could be the issue.

problem in Bluetooth

Can somebody give a short explanation how to get a file by Ahblotote Android on the HD2?
I have a problem when I try to get a file so the device requires authentication password and the device can not be detected then send the file because it has authentication between devices
Does anyone have a solution?
