Why pixel 2 or 3 camera does not support OP2? I searched a lot but didn't found. Even Xiaomi phones are also capable of supporting this but not OP2. If anyone know please help me.

It doesn't have 4k recording either.. CM keeps adding new stuff to their hardware, the OPO didn't have RAW support at first and was added when Lollipop came if I remember well. They may include it later but who knows
Yes, two weeks with that phone and realize its just cyanogen marketing.
Its not a phone for me. Cyanogen lacks of constistancy, why dng support with opo and not with z1, its strange since it is the same hardware.

Hey, I was researching around the internet and I saw that the HDR+ feature can actually be ported over to other phones using the camera nx app. I saw that the Moto z had it ported and some guy claiming it worked on his galaxy s8. The galaxy s8 is using a snapdragon 835 which is the same as our phone, so I'm guessing it is possible to port the feature over. Anyone know how to do that?
The camera blobs don't support HDR+ in any shape or form so it's not impossible but incredibly difficult i.e why bother.

Sorry if I got anyones hopes up but it doesn't seem like we will be getting HDR+ anytime soon. I tried everything I can think of but it seems like the OnePlus blobs don't support HDR+. This is something I have confirmed with Amir Zaidi. Therefore, it's unlikely that I could port it over anytime soon.

My zenfone 3 max(zc553kl) is unlocked and rooted. I edited build.prop to add "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1" .
I tried to install many apk. But google camera doesn't work on zf3 max as well.
Anyone know how to use google camera on zf3 max? Or s430/zf3 max(zc553kl) doesn't support google camera? Thanks.

There are many ported versions in xda forums but only few work with hdr mode activated. One might wonder and expect it works better in low light and indoor situation than stock camera, it does not.
I was wondering if it would ever be possible to get pixel camera ports (pixel 1 / pixel 2) for any Note 4 variant? I noticed that the tmobile variant is the only one so far that has a 8.0 rom (lineage). I flashed the rom and this did not allow the apks to work...I am prompted with messages that state it is not compatible with the device.
How is it possible that the camera ports work on the moto g5 plus running 8.0 rom, but not on the note 4?
- Moto g has snapdragon 625, note 4 has snapdragon 805. Isn't note 4 processor better?

Has anyone been able to get any of the GCam ports working on WearOS.
I have tried multiple GCam port and none seem to support the WearOS viewfinder app. I have tested the Gcam port on 3 devices Samsung S8, Note 9 and A71 with Fossil Gen 5 and Motorola 360 Gen3.
I loved using the viewfinder Gcam app on wearOS with my Google Pixel 4 and am trying to so with same with other Android devices.
Let me know if you one was able to get it to work.
