Anyone having issue with battery draining of m2 pro.... As i see in my phone upto 100 % of full charge it give me a screen usage of 9 to 10 hour. Is it same as other or any issue in my battery....Please suggest some ways to improve it... And one more thing please tell about the battery percentage details about the minimum charge % and upto which maximum % i have to charge for better backup....
And sorry for my bad english.....
Please reply if any thing possible in this issue

No problem. Everyone gets in b/w 7-10 hr

can anyone make a 1% battery driver for our tg01?
What do you mean with 1%? That the battery status about 88% or 78%?
yes meaning the battery displaying 1% increments on discharge
The problem with this I think is in the hardware... and batteries in general. To monitor battery charge, you look at voltage level, so the accuracy is based on how much the voltage fluctuates and the sensitivity of our internal volt meter. I think the best you can hope for is 5% increments accurately...
I would also like more accuracy in my battery level indicator.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
even 5% increment is still better then 10%

Exactly. I never had 1% or even 5% increment battery level display on any wm phone i owned. I come to think maybe it's an HTC advantage only
thats not right. on mda vario is 1% status and i thinking it's on all mda versions. greats alcatras

it also was fixed on the SE X1(htc kovsky) by a fix in roms ... stock roms only showed 10% battery levels , patch applied , it was 1% , OP knows whats hes talking about , u should contact the guys who made patches like that for that and other phones (cuz its not the only one that got that patch) to know where to start
HELLO...My s 3 neo battery after 30 or 15 % drains extremely fast ...from 15 % to 1% at 8 minutes (when i use it)...furtehmore the battery jump s 2 or 3 % at the same time ...for example from 10 to 7 ...i have changed battery but the problem remains ...what can i do?
i am sorry for my bad english i am not a native speaker... thanks
Charge your battery to 100% and then use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nema.batterycalibration&hl=en this app to calibrate the battery status
I think I am the only one whose half, more than half battery drains by #screen only?? I have googled many times and applied all those tips but didnt work I use my phone in 0 brightness and the screen timeout is also 5 sec and even in reading mode. But battry drains so fast, It decreases #2% of charge in #3 minutes. Please help me to fix this.. PH Model: I9505 XXUGNH6!
-Thank you.

Completely normal. The screen uses power. If you want it to drain less, then leave the screen off.
It's normal...
Check whether your battery is swollen or not. I just replaced mine yesterday. Before that my battery usage due to screen was pretty high and now its about 16%. I assume that you are not using extra display features.
All the best!
My battry.. Its around 8 month old #GDReaper
#Mandark52, Its not swollen anywhere. AND I am also planning to get another one
#No_offence!! But I dont think 60% by screen is not normal..

Sure it's normal. You are running Kitkat thus that means the battery usages is calculated in the following way.
If your battery is at 90% then for example it will show you this:
- Screen 90 %
- Android OS 10 %
It's calculated of the the missing 10%.
The screen uses a lot of power so if you have it on all the time then 60% perfectly normal. Based on your 2% discharge in 3 minutes it will be around 2,5 hours of screen on time. That's perfectly normal for the S4. Nothing wrong with your phone. The battery life of the S4 just sucks.
Hehe. If so ok but will this improve if i purchase new battry??

I'm also thinking of buying one as mine is too old now.How much SOT do you get?

My SOT now is 3hrs 52 mins and my battery is 18% .
Remove the bloody screen and then check how much the battery works.
Obv the SCREEN TAKES UP MOST OF THE BATTERY. 60% is fine.
Rest..you can do ATM is use a good debloated custom ROM, use better battery saving techniques than just screen and stuff and tell us uour SCREEN ON TIME.
My screen is taking upto 50%.
Dont hype. Stay calm. A new battery wont do much good.
Hehe.. okok now I am feeling good cuz others like you also have 50+ means mine also normal haha.. ??
hello friends ,i got a new battery (it seems original) and installed it but i have weird problems with the percentage that the phone shows .
-the battery lasts for 9h sot even with some benchmarks on latest pie ob ,so its definitely not bad
-the problem is that when it gets to 10% then it goes 9 8 7.. till 0% in about 5 minutes and then shuts off with a dead battery screen .
-i noticed that the phone still charges when it reaches 100% charges at 1 amp and gets to 0 amps after 20 minutes ,i also noticed that the idle/screen off drain is very very low ,it probably has to do something with the battery calibration
i tried:
going full stock with stock recovery but the issue persists,
doing some all night power off charges to 100%
searched most of the threads everywhere ,but no one has an exact answer .
is there any way i can access the discharging algorithm so i can tweak it ,or if is a way to teach it be more precise?
thanks so much for everyone willing to help ,sory for the long post ,i wanted to be as precise as possible i can provide everything you ask for to fix it .
p.s. i study electrical engineering so be free to use scientific terms.

Not a solution, but just keep the battery level above 10%
9h sot is very good with a battery you don't know if it's original or not

it was 9 sot hours with 3 hours of geekbench battery test (about 14%/hour lost) without any tweaks at all , completely stock ... that's the reason i am trying to fix this issue, the performance is insane ..(every calibration app shows at least 99% health,it even recharges way faster that the old one ,3.8A 10 to 100 in 45 minutes) if it wasn't that i would swap it back with the stock ..

Technically you want to avoid the battery dropping below 20% anyway (If you believe the words from Samsung) so it shouldn't really be an issue.
One thing you can try though is to install L Speed from the play store (require root) and use the battery calibration tool to see if that helps. Outside of this I cant really think of any thing else other than to just deal with it as is.
i figured it out guys...the thermistor in the battery was dead , i though a solution for anyone face the same problem ,desolder the control board from the original battery then solder it to the new one ,the cells are healthier so the battery will be good as new ?
Hi guys, how do you find this phones battery life with cellular network on? Can't seem to find any info about it.
I am on Pixel 6 Pro and I am looking for replacement. As you can see on my screens P6P has some serious battery issues. While it's in my pocket or lying on the desk with screen off it sucks battery life like crazy. Up to 5% per hour sometimes. This is my fourth device(Google agreed to replace it 3 times) and all the previous ones had the same issues. I have tested it in safe mode too. It's that crappy modem in P6P. Btw I am unable to wirelessly charge it too. I noticed that when P6P will heat up to 39degC it will stop charging so in northern Spain I'm unable to charge my phone(unless I put it in the fridge for some time) without a cable lol.
Will NP1 have better results?
This is normal with the screen on and full screen brightness.

I am asking about NP1 and talking about battery standby with screen off performance(4,5%/h) for P6P.
2592000 pixels in NP1
4492800 pixels in the P6P
The battery in NP1 is Li-Po 4500 mAh
The battery in the P6P is Li-Ion 5003 mAh
If the Qualcomm SM7325-AE Snapdragon processor in the NP1 is more economical and online operation does not devour as much power as by Google Tensor in the P6P, you can minimally extend the all-time online usage time with the screen on.

Alright but have you got any data regarding standby screen off battery usage on NP1? This is what I am asking here about.
I do not deal with insignificant models in which components spontaneously fail after a few years.

this does not show anything really. Can you please go to history and open a log when you were like from 100% to 10%?
Never been from 100% to 10% since I got the phone as I use Android auto and it charges. Will try to do a 100 to 10 tomorrow and then post it here.
This is 83% to 59% if this helps
Is DeepSleep working for anyone?
Getting poor battery life on my NP1. Black 8/256 Indian variant. Any tips to improve
Looks like firmware is broken, not a hardware problem
Guys, can anyone confirm, how much SOT to expect from this phone?
Also, in accubattery and castor apps, my battery is showing 4350mah instead of 4500, is this an issue?

SOT more like 7 hours plus (varies with usage I don't play games and got 7 hrs : 40 mins sot ) and inaccuracy of battery capacity is there with many tools reporting 4350 while others 4500 like CPUX reporting the later one. Accubattery has a feature of estimate battery capacity after few charge cycles that is showing 4495 on my unit so check that incase.
It need to be 7h+ but it is not, thats the problem.
