I am not finding this ims.zip file in that thread. Can you link to it?
I disabled "Enhanced 4G LTE mode" under network settings and worked. But when I did a new clean flash for the latest update due to performance issues I was having, it has been working fine with that enabled. Give it a try.

Hello,
I installed this rom (22.8.2012 update) and I like it so much. It's fast, stable and everything is working fine except the data network. I tried to re-install the rom many times and to set APN by default and manually but mobile data network doesn't work. it works without problems using the same sim card and the same APN on windows 6.5. Can anyone help me?
Not sure why it wouldn't work, taking into account that you said you set the APN manually.
Are you sure you are "selecting" the apn after setting it up?
.wrong thread
Sorry..
@ Marvlesz - thank you for your answer. I selected the apn after setting up but data network isn't working the same. I did many clear installations of the rom. I'm very sorry because I like this build so much and I hate to have to change it for this problem.
@ Shanman-2- I'm sorry for the wrong thread but I'm a junior member and I can post only on "Q&A and General". I'm new here so please tell where and how I should post

Okay, first, make sure that the apn settings are correct (you don't know when there is a typo )
Second of all, after flashing the ROM, have you flashed any other zips? (like changed Kernel, installed a mod or a theme?)
One of these may break your data.
Also, try switching airplane mode on and then back off, then try connecting again.
Have you had this issue with other builds?
This is the first time I face such an issue, maybe posting it in the ROM's thread will help?

I haven't flashed other zips or made any change to the ROM. I tried to switch to airplane mode and then to back off. I tried to switch on and off 2G/3G and data connection toggles . But nothing has changed. Yesterday I tried another build and data connection is working good using the same APN so I think that the ROM needs to be fixed but I can't post it in the ROM's thread because as a junior member I'm not allowed to do that.
Thanks anyway for your suggestions

I can't post outside link. This is the link to the page of the thread where you can find the link to the rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1681906
Hey Guys
I got a i9505 recently, and obviously I'm trying to put the Google Edition of the ROM on my phone (God I hate Touchwiz), but every time I do, I get no internet connection over my mobile data. I can connect to Wifi no problem, but without the Wifi, no internet. I've tried flashing three different "Google Edition" ROM's through CWM, and they all have this problem. Restoring a backup I made through CWM gets me 4G no problem
Extra information: I didn't flash any extra kernel, just the ROM I downloaded, and I'm in Australia. I'm not sure if that helps at all
Thanks
- Gareth
EDIT: Just in case someone stubles on this later, I found out it was my APN settings. For some reason the ROM didn't have any Access Points, hence no internet. Thanks for reading

...of course the info can also be accessed by going to your dialer and typing *#*#4636#*#* then selecting Phone info
I too struggled with this (even after reading Gareth's post - having missed his 'EDIT' comment !!!)
For more info on the different providers, google 'how to get data working on unlocked androids' !
Here is the official OTA ZIP package for the LYZ28E OTA release which enables T-Mobile WiFi calling. Works great. Flash in stock recovery. Must adb sideload. Must be bone stock!
https://android.googleapis.com/pack...Z28E-from-LMY47M-fullradio-fix-superblock.zip
The wifi calling works well, fyi you have to turn it on, it's not on by default. Open up phone and hit many and settings. Go to call and turn on wifi calling
Yes, it works very well!!!!
Lock screen
problem is the MMS or sms duplicates or it takes for ever to send while enabled unfortunately and eats battery not like with custom kernel but i could be wrong sorry

There are allready sufficient threads like this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/general/ref-nexus-6-stock-ota-urls-t2906493 about this topic so why create another one?
BTW you have to be on 47M to be able to install it.

I happened to have found this on top of the page, that link got buried in the middle of the page. already.
yeah I just installed this. had to downgrade, then upgrade, then upgrade again.
Wifi calling works great. and so does SMS and MMS while on the wifi.
No need to create a new thread for something already posted.

This is a known bug. There's a kernel fix available in the ROM thread in one of the latest posts. Else, wait for the next build.

Thanks Brother! This Works Fine.
Hi friends
I was getting error in mobile hotspot and WiFi was also not working. So I rooted my device and Fashed Omni Android version 9 custom ROM in it with the help of twrp. But still its showing error in hotspot and WiFi. Can someone please suggest me the way to fix it.
If there is a stable stock ROM I go with that. Other then that is there a way to dual boot so I have 2 os on my phone
I hope there is if not is there a way I can have the stock camera app in lineageos
Thanks
Lg v20 vs995
Yes you can dual boot. Just remove the lockscreen pin/finger print prior to the dual boot setup.

That's the link to the actual dual boot thread. Link is in the 1st post. If you have never done dual boot on Android before you definitely wanna go over that thread. The process is a little different as you are patching the ROM installation zip files.
If you are using XDA Labs on Android I posted a screenshot of what the link looks like on the 1st post.
It's been forever since I messed with this so I'm not up to date on it and have not tried it on my v20 yet but I have read that the H918 specifically is compatible but that's all I'm sure of as far as models of V20 go. Not sure if the vs995 is supported or not. You might want to search around in the thread just to make sure specifically
