Pocket mode always on when unlocking phone - OnePlus 6T Questions & Answers

Ever since I flashed the Mclaren Edition image onto my 6t, it is almost always in pocket mode when i try to unlock it. I have tried re flashing the Mclaren edition and restored back to the stock image and for some reason it is still occurring.
Sidenote, ever since going back to stock, I still have the Mclaren boot screen. Not sure if that is affecting anything though.
Thanks

Phone won't boot

Lately phone has been acting really wonky lately. Today it finally decided it didn't wanna boot up anymore. Gets to the Samsung Galaxy s4 screen and hangs there, vibrates twice then loops again. Tried doing a factory reset and it's not rooted never had been. Dealing with phones before im thinking systems corruption or data partition corruption. I know with lg phones u can use the KDZ or TOT file to fully recover so what can I do for my galaxy, it's my work phone so it needs to work.
If you are on current firmware, you can flash back to stock NB1 to see if you can get it working again. If successful, you can upgrade from there to whatever you want to run.
See this thread for the directions and links you will need.

Stock Bootloader not loading on A2017U B29

I unlocked bootloader, flashed TWRP and then CM13 and after a while of using it got tired of the bugs and went back to the stock ROM. Then I figured I might as well go all the way stock to use Android Pay, so I locked the bootloader and everything seemed to be working fine.
In fact, right now the phone boots up just fine and the stock rom runs with no issues. Until last night that I got the OTA notification for Nougat and got all excited about it and tried installing it. That's when I realized I don't seem to have a bootloader. Or at least I have no way of accessing it.
When I hold the power and volume up, the screen just turns off. I can always boot up the phone but the bootloader, I can't access. Needless to say, the update to Nougat failed. After downloading and unpacking, when the phone restarted it behaved as though I had done the volume up + power. Just turned off.
I just want to somehow flash the stock bootloader and have everything back to stock but don't know how.
Any help is appreciated.

Recovery bootloop out of the blue.

Okay, so usually I'm quite savvy when it comes to technology, but this one's stumping me.
Yesterday afternoon, I turned my phone off to go into work. It was working quite normally before then. When I get on break, however, I find that my phone won't get past the main logo. I figure that my phone needs a reflash, so today I went to reflash the xXx rom. Still no luck. I tried flashing stock OOS Beta 3, but then my phone went into a recovery bootloop. I tried flashing those two roms several times, but now my phone just stays in a recovery bootloop.
I'm pretty sure this isn't software-related, but I want to be wrong. That's why I'm posting here first, just in case it isn't.
I didn't do anything for it to go into a bootloop, I just turned it off after a normal day, and now it won't turn back on.
If you are decrypted you need to flash the no verify zip for OOS to boot up. With xXx anything from the version of Magisk used to one of the mods you chose in the aroma installer can cause problems. Your best bet is to boot into TWRP, format the data on your phone using the option in the wipe tab, connect your phone to a computer--it will be recognized like an external harddrive--copy and paste a full ROM zip for stock OOS Oreo onto your phone and then flash it with TWRP. Also make sure you are using one of the recommended versions of TWRP for OOS Oreo. The best version right now is the one from Codeworks. Good luck.

H872 stock 20g camera and apps crashing issue

Hi,
Don't mean to cross post but the T-Mobile forums probably don't get as much traffic as this one. Anyway...
I got my H872 G6 in July of 2019. After unlocking the bootloader, installing TWRP, and rooting following the guide from @runningnak3d, I flashed this ROM and have been using it daily ever since. Unfortunately, the other night I took a Magisk update (20.2) that put my phone in a fastboot bootloop. After much freaking out I managed to get into TWRP - but I was still freaking out since it wouldn't boot the system no matter what I did. In my frantic panic I really borked my phone trying anything to get back up and running. My nandroid was no good either. As a last resort, I reflashed the same ROM and am back in business. Only problem is that the camera won't function (just a black screen) and a handful of user apps force close. Not sure why. I've attached a log for the camera and one for a user app (Jellyfin). Logs are in this link.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Solved...well, more like abandoned.
Tried a couple times to get the stock Oreo 20g rom to work but kept running into the same camera and app issues. Decided to format data, wipe everything, and install PE10 ROM. Been less than a day but it appears to be running fine. Camera works, apps aren't force closing. It's just a matter of getting used to Android 10 and setting the phone up to my liking.
Still curious why the stock Oreo ROM wouldn't function properly anymore.

[help]Flashing Stock ROM

I am a beginner & I was happy when I rooted my phone & flashed Pixel Experience last week. I had a lot of issues with it (HyperCam not working randomly, battery charging super slow). So I decided to go back to Stock ROM. However, something went wrong. flashed the stock boot image onto my phone. And now:
My OEM is still unlocked,
When I try to boot, I cannot,
I'm on stock recovery,
When I connect my phone through ADB, my laptop does not recognize the device,
Mi Flash Tool doesn't work on my laptop
Can someone help me please
