Hi, so I bought this watch for a friend as a gift and didn't realize he can't speak English. Is there any way possible to add a new or a custom language into the watch?

Hi guys i am new to the forum and i found the forum very useful, din know the phone i owned can actually do so much, I have upgraded my rom which i got from this forum and it is nice, my question is do any of the experts here have any idea where can i get chinese language support for my pda? Hi i am new here and also to smart phones in general.
I have recently received a samsung omnia 2 i800 phone, I am looking to install a Hebrew language pack as an additional language so i can read and send sms along with visiting Hebrew websites. I want English to remain as the default language.

metropcs
i not have hebrew langauge i tried to put hebrew
with morelocale after do root
but only get Partial hebrew
i want to put new room with hebrew Built
what room i can use for my phone
i will by happy to get some link

i have bought this cheap watch , and i'm happy with it , except one thing , the watch doesn't support Arabic language, its appears empty text, i cannot read the notifications .
when i contact the service of the company and ask them to send me a custom update with Arabic language, that what they sad
