My problem is that whenever I connect the TPT to my PC, DTG tells me "No Device Connected".
I am running:
Documents To Go Desktop for Android PC:
Version: 3.0000.031
Documents To Go on the Android:
Version: 3.003u(999)
Under My Computer on PC: TPT is listed under Portable devices: THINKPAD TABLET:
Portable Media Player
Running on TPT: ANDROID OS 3.1
On PC under Device manager:
The tablet is not listed by name under: USB
Debugging mode in not on.
The only I was able to get DTG to syn is to uninstall from PC and then reinstall. It works one time only and then I have to uninstall and reinstall again.
This worked for a few times and now even this does not work.
DTG has not been much help yet.
I really need this to work.
All help very much appreciated.

What are you trying to do with DTG by connecting it to you pc? You can wirelessly transfer files via ftp, or do it manually by usb if that's all you're doing
I'm trying to get the documents I write on the PC onto the tablet.
File transfer via USB seems to be working even though every time I move a Word doc, the PC tells me I won't be able to read it on the tab.
Sync is supposed to work so I guess I want it to work.
Hi I require NDIS drivers (windows 8) for my nexus 4. Currently my pc has no network connectivity and no wifi card.
For USB tethering to work this driver is downloaded automatically if the pc is connected to internet already. Since there is no alternate for me I need to download these drivers manually on my phone and then transfer and install them on my pc. can anyone provide me a link or a direction. Thanks in advance.
PS: I have tried google search

To browse files on android via bluetooth from Windows 10, maybe you need to install BlueFTP application/program
I have two issues with my MetroPCS LG K20 Plus and my Windows 10 computer.
The phone has debugging mode enabled, but is not rooted.
(1) I cannot see any Android files on Windows File Explorer via USB. The device shows up, but no folders. I also do not seem able to use any Android-to/from-PC apps that communicate across the USB cable.
(2) I am struggling to find a portable way to cast my phone screens to a Windows 10 PC. I have tried Bluetooth, but the related Android Settings options appear to be missing. I can pair to the PC successfully. The PC shows the Bluetooth connection as "Connected", but the phone shows "Connecting" for a while, and is then unconnected.
Can you suggest ways to enable this functionality?
I cannot install PC software to do it because I might be in an environment where I do not have access to the WiFi network, or am unable to install software or browser extensions or drivers on the PC. I cannot use WiFi for file access for the same reason. Cloud access from a public PC is a security risk.
It seems that LG (or perhaps MetroPCS) is deliberately trying to thwart casting and USB file access, and I cannot think of why they would do that.
I also have an issue with connecting this phone through usb. Windows 10. Says device can not be reconized. May have wrong lg usb driver version not sure. Needd it to read so that i can unlock the bootloader.
I 've been trying to connect my new S10+ by USB to my Ubuntu (Linux) laptop to transfer some files. After connecting, ensuring MTP file transfer is the selected USB option, and allowing the connection, I cannot browse the phone's file system or transfer any files from my laptop. I also sometimes see an error that the MTP process has died.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any solutions?
