I can play videos stored on my dlna server on the vibrant nicely. However aspect ratio can't be adjusted. The videos are alway zoomed to full screen and so distorted. I can't find a way to adjust the aspect ratio. Does anyone know if aspect ratio can be adjusted and how?
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Assuming you are still on JDF? Upgrade the firmware to JI6, the aspect ratio is fixed, instead of zooming to full screen, it fills the screen while keeping at aspect ratio.
Wht is the correct ratio for viewing 3d hsbs movies in mxplayer?
Please share the ratio for both screen i.e. 16:9 screen and 18:9 screen
Set a custom aspect ratio to 32:9 (for 16:9) or 36:9 (for 18:9). Works well with mx player.
Since oreo update instagram, snapchat cameras are using 16:9 aspect ratio and its way too zoomed in, is there any possible fix?
why is the video quality is poor than the image taken from the same smartphone ?
the thing is that i took a pic from g4 plus from 16mp and the pic came in the 16mp resolution..
but, when i took a video in 1080p it recorded in 2mp resolution..
what's happening here

That's not an issue at all, just search on the internet what 1080p means https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Definition_Television
1920 Pixel x 1080 Pixel = 2.073.600 Pixel = 2MP
That's common on every camera(consumer).
Just curious what people have found to be the best overall resolution/FPS when shooting video? Is the sharpness and quality of 4K 60FPS worth it given the lesser stabilisation and larger file size in 4K videos? Do you stick to 1080p, and if so at 30 or 60 FPS?
Thanks in advance.
