INSTRUCTIONS :

The bug is only for caller id for second Sim.. Everything else is fine

4 - Wipe dalvk cache & cache.
5 - Reboot & WAIT 15~20 minutes until it boot!. Only first boot is longer.
6 - If you followed all the steps carefully, then everything will be OK. Enjoy

Posted here because I do not have permission to post in development , sorry my English (using Google Translate)
For those suffering in Z2 Pro (like me), excessive battery consumption of the Zui rom stock and its millions of bugs ... I share the rom HydrogenOS 3.0 (Chinese version of OxygenOS one of the fastest Android modifications in the world) rom been studying as do port and improving, below the details, count with help of all to inform me bugs besides these of the Startup (only found these same in this last version 0.4).
For now only English and Chinese language, although it is extremely easy to use in English, as I am learning I will translate to Portuguese Brazil in future.
The more experienced in porting roms can help me with tips in the comments, books, sites tutorials, commands ... learning more I will help the community more,
Major difficulty here is to find apk dependencies, firmwares and recompile kernel ...

02 - Boot in TWRP, Wipe >> Advanced Wipe, select:

04 - Click on >> Wipe cache/dalvik >> Restart System (attention, first boot takes 3-5 minutes, wait !!!)

Flash any ZUI OTA official Nougat, boot into ZUI Nougat restart and try again.
For TWRP you can also try to repair in ext4 the folders:
/system
/data
Persisting failure, last resort solution will need full wipe
I recommend and use this OTA base band:

What is your base band?
Here I use base band below and I get 5h screen and 15h of stanby with normal use Wifi + 4G LTE

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
