Help me determine what's keeping my phone awake? - OnePlus 6T Questions & Answers

In almost 50 hours, my phone has only gone into deep sleep for roughly 8 hours. I can't figure out what's keeping it awake. I'm rooted and I have the Universal GMS Doze Magisk module installed. BBS shows mainly Doze service as the highest partial wakelock.

Have you been charging the phone within the 50 hours? The phone won't deep sleep while charging so it skews the results. You tube vanced looks high but depends how much you have been using it I guess, I think we need a few more bits of data and looking at 8 hours of battery stats compared to 50 hours of sleep data isn't an easy comparison. I would reset the timers and better battery stats and get some data over the same time period off the charger.

I had battery drain with the universal gms module, when I switched to the other gms doze module in magisk the problem went away for me

I was running smurf kernel. This morning, I switched to bluespark kernel, and I've seen much better results.

[Q] Xperia Play charges by itself *magically*

Ok so my battery percentage has been acting really really strange. As shown in the images below. It was at 70% then I was warching a few youtube videos and some other stuff and it dropped to +/- 30%. So far it all makes sense but then I put it a way in my pocket and after half an hour I went to take a look and it was at 60% ??? Why is my Xperia Play doing this?

Now I'm scared to rely on the percentage indicator because I don't know how accurate it is and if it is showing a higher than normal charge or a lower than normal.
I am running Gin2jellybean custom rom with doomkernel14. I am overclocked at 1.2GHZ.
I remember back when I was stock I had a similar problem but it wasn't this severe like it would usually go up 1 or 2%
Also I do the clear battery stats (I do the method properly) once every month or two. I think I did it 2 weeks ago.
Any ideas?
Try to wipe caches and battery stats. And try bad ass battery monitor its free from the play store

Just need to recalibrate the battery. No sweat.

Woeful Battery Help?

Well another battery thread from me I just can't seem to figure it out. I have been off the charger for 13 hours. My phone has less than 2 hours screen on but has used half the battery and apparently been awake for 5 of those 13 hours. I've attached multiple screen shots from better battery stats. I just don't understand what the results mean from each section.
This is on Mahdi ROM. Also battery was awful on Cloudy G3 too. I see claims of 6-8 hours screen on time and I want to get close to that. I'm not a heavy user I just browse I don't game. I've even tried greenifying stuff like Facebook Twitter etc. No help.

Would you mind downloading wakelock detector then letting it run for a day and showing me screenshots of the CPU wakelock ordered by usage (and maybe some other screenshots within the app too)?
Happy to do that whatever helps I just thought BBS was the best option I'll try using both.

What drains the battery (phone is not in deep sleep)

Something uses the cpu at 400MHz so many hours.
How do I know what exactly.
I noticed that every phone discussion has a topic about battery saving tips.
Is there a thread with Note 4 tips?
Thanks!!!

I've noticed that the 'indexing service' is the culprit for battery drain on my Note 4. Just got it a few days ago. Any advice how to stop this without having to root?

Battery Drain Issue Please Help!

PHP:
So I have noticed that my battery has been struggling lately. I installed GSAM battery monitor and I was surprised at the results. I have the fist 2 screen shots were the drain overnight without use and the second after use throughout the day. Android system is by far the highest by % user of the battery. Interested if you have any suggestions or others have had this problem.

Diagmonagent is doing something horrible and stupid on your phone. It shouldn't be running much less taking up your entire battery! The easiest answer is to factory reset, but you can try disabling Diagmonagent with a package disabler and see if that helps.

Device can't go into deep sleep

Hello guys, I've got the device since day 1, and all these 4 months had excellent battery life with 6-7 hours SOT.
Out of nowhere last month can't get more than 3 hours of SOT and this is a huge issue because it doesn't last the whole day.
Previous week the service changed my battery.
Nothing happened.
I have wiped the cache from recovery. I had formatted the device and set it up from the scratch without any backup. I had disabled the social media. Nothing helped.
Last night installed CPU Spy and saw the for 13 minutes the device was working on full speed, and can't go into deep sleep with the most hours working on the lowest cpu state.
I have to mention that the device was on Samsung's wireless charger and the wifi on so I can check instantly all the notifications on the morning that I wake up.
Any clue what is causing that? How I can check which application doesn't let the device to go into deep sleep?View attachment 4802749
