Hey everyone! A couple days ago, my Samsung Galaxy J7 fell from my hands. I didn't pay any extra attention to that since the screen wasn't broken or scratched. The following day I noticed a purple smudge in the corner of my screen and since that moment it has been spreading all over my screen. The smudge is mostly black right now but touch works perfectly. Does anyone here have similar experience with this phone? Do you think replacing the screen will fix the problem?
Thank you!

So I woke up this morning and went to use my Nexus 7 and saw a black line across the top of the screen. It is 1px in width and stretches horizontally across the whole screen. I tries to reboot and nothing changed, any idea on how to fix this?
Here is a picture for reference.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I think it's hardware. Too bad I just out a $20 Glas screen protector on it as seen here.
Exact same issue, almost on the same place. It seems hardware though
So I dropped my nexus 7 and cracked the screen. My friend dropped his in water and it wouldn't turn on. So I bought his wreckage and put his screen (LCD + Digitizer assembly) on my tablet, and this is what I got:

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the screen, and it's the same. Any suggestions on what could be the cause?
Thanks in advance!
Hi all
I've a simple question: using s7 edge with one hand, the palm of hand lean on smartphone creates false touch moving the finger on display? I never had a smartphone with display borders.
thanks for help!
Pol
It's not an issue if you have a case.
no problem, there is a palm detection logic implemented, so that holding the phone will not be recognized as touch!
Can you see if your s7 have this issue? Change color when you have a white background

I've bought nexus 4 on ebay and was delivered like this, there is no any issue but can i fix or hide this thing?
I have seen that on another nexus 5 I fixed for a friend. It's like the glass has slightly separated from the LCD. A glass replacement maybe be necessary to fix the issue.
Is not it possible without screen replacemebt? maybe withvheatgun or anything
Does it move when you press down on the spot?
I don't think so because trying to separate the glass from the screen would probably damage screen.
- Hello everyone! I am facing a weird issue with my screen and I want to know if it's just my phone having this issue or there are other people who noticed this. It's pretty tricky to see it, but I have this weird light coming from the edge of the screen, somewhere between the glass and the middle frame. I can only notice it when having a white app or image displayed on the screen. -
I covered the issue here and you can also check it in the pics below.
