I got the AT&T version of the S7 edge and noticed it comes with a lot of bloatware and the AT&T splashcreen is annoying. I'm guessing this can be changed but I also have the option of returning this phone and getting a more appropriate version of the S7 edge that may have more XDA support. Is there a better version you can recommend? I'm looking to stay on a T-Mobile MVNO in the meantime.

Hi,
I am on AT&T using a T-Mobile S5 because it's a better device to run RoMs on. Someone suggested GSM nation as a place to purchase a Galaxy S6 unlocked. I am looking for folks who have tried that, and am curious how the experience went for them. It would seem that they sold the 9000M version of the S5.
Was it updated faster then Carrier versions?
Was it limited at all by not have Carrier bloat?
How was your warrantee experience, if you had to use it?
Any other thoughts?
I suppose I can buy an S6 outright from T-Mobile and just put my Sim in it, but I thought I would explore all my options.
Thanks!
I have an international S7 Edge. Does it matter which UK (O2,Vodafone,EE,etc) stock firmware I use? I read that the bands need to match or battery performance will suffer.
Thanks!
When I checked the phone I got from B&H for use on AT&T, the phone lists as being from Panama. Works great on AT&T. If using a different firmware is advisable, I'd like to know also.
Like a fool, I purchased an Unlocked S7 Edge Dual-Sim, before discovering that Sprint doesn't support it.
I will likely have to return it, [huge hassle], but I was thinking about using a different provider.
Does anyone have any information about the Dual-Sim S7 Edge and which providers IN THE U.S. support it?

I use Cricket and would like to get an S7 edge and be able to use Samsung pay. But i'd like to still retain having the frequency bands to allow me to switch to another service if i end up disliking cricket later on.
But there's a few questions i cant seem to nail down answers for through searching...
It seems like the G935F is a great choice (exynos and no bloat) but Sammy pay is still somewhat questionable on working? It seems like people are getting it to work, but would i be able to purchase an EU model from amazon and it would just work?
Are the G935A and G935T models the same phone but locket to each carrier, or do they legitimately lack the bands the others support?

The AT&T G935A, T-Mobile G935T and Verizon phones can be unlocked to work with any sim card,
however they can never be rooted. The Samsung pay feature will work fine in any of these 3 phones.
The international S7 Edge G935F comes unlocked and is very easy to root but Samsung pay is not
compatible with it even if it's not rooted.
The only Samsung phones which are fully compatible with Samsung Pay are those which come with
the Samsung Pay app in the phone's app drawer and are not rooted.
Good luck,
Have a great day,
I have an S7 Edge from At&t and use it on T Mobile, I would like to use all the features available on Tmobile devices (like WiFi calling). Is it possible to flash the Tmobile fw onto the At&t S7 Edge?
