Hello I have a Skyworth Android tv and when I turn it on it gives the error of “Unfortunately HiRMServices has stopped” and I click ok and it’s just keeps popping up over and until I restart the tv a couple of times then it goes away. It’s running android 4.4.2 I was wondering has anyone encounters this or if there is a fix the tv is rooted also or if I can just remove Android period and just use a stick or android box. I think it has something to do with the internet once it’s connected after the boot it doesn’t give me the error just a guess
Workaround
Hey bud. I have been having the same issue with mine. One workaround so you don’t have to keep rebooting and cross your fingers it works is to go to sound settings and put the option for sound only and then the tv backlight turns off and only the speakers stay on. It literally turns off the rest of the tv and kinda puts it on standby until you wake it up. It’s a good workaround until we figure out a fix.

Folks whose devices fit the criteria of what I have (see attached screenshot of my "About Phone" screen), please read on. I say this only so I can figure out what is common between us to be having the following Bluetooth issue:
1) Bluetooth toggle switch is OFF.
2) You slide the switch to "on". The phone sits there for approximately 10-15 seconds, but Bluetooth doesn't come on at any point, eventually the toggle switch in settings slides back to OFF.
3) There is no setting/method in the device that will turn Bluetooth on.
From when I received the phone from Google Play store, the only thing I have done to it is root it following this method.
Clearly, something with the rooting process did this (I am also having one other issue, but that one is less annoying than this Bluetooth one). But everything in my phone points to me still having the stock ROM but just having root access.
If I can just see the common thread between my phone and others having the same issue, maybe I can figure it out.
I don't want to flash my ROM or start from scratch for the fear of making matters worst for myself; the device appears to be working fine otherwise.
If I am completely unable to fix this, my only hope is that the eventual release of 4.4 KitKat would fix it on its own (and probably break my root at that point, haha).
After searching high and low for an answer to this, I ended up doing a factory reset (Menu-->Settings-->Backup & Reset-->Factory Data Reset) and that resolved the issue (while wiping my phone).
Thanks to the Android OS, I let my phone charge overnight while on WiFi and by the morning all the apps were reinstalled and updated, including the OS itself. My Kernal/Baseband/Build versions are all back to the ones I had when I got the phone from the Google Store, so that's comforting.
Now, I just have to find the absolute least intrusive way to root my phone without any ROMs or system-level updates that could screw up stuff like Bluetooth or USB Connectivity for me.
Hi,
My nexus player sometimes just blanks out. Like when I switch to the HDMI input, there will be a no signal sign. Is this because it went to sleep or something? I am not able to bring it up again. Only way is to turn off the plug and switch on again, then it works fine till I dun touch it again for a few hours and it happens again. There are times when, even though I left an app running over night and switch off the TV when I switch on the TV in the morning, it shows exactly where I left off. So I am not exactly sure what is going on.
Anyone has experienced something like this?
Thanks.
This happened to me yesterday had to unplug, but today I kept hitting the remote buttons and it eventually came back from sleep or whatever you wanna call it.

I'm experiencing the same and I've just posted a new thread about that.
On my TV the image goes blank for few seconds then return back without any operation from me.
I've the 5.1.1 non root on my device and I'm using the hdmi cable I was using on a win without any issue.
The input port in the TV is the same I was using with a Chromecast.
i all
I have a LG G watch R, i have had this around 10 months, its paired with my Nexus 5.
Over the past year there has been a few occasions where suddenly the "mute phone alerts and calls" option has suddenly stopped working! *Half way through the day all of a sudden id still get the message on my watch but my phone would make a noise too!
Usually i fixed this by uni stalling android wear, resetting the watch back to factory setting and re pairing them..this usually solved the issue until next time....however!
This time it happened again and no matter what i do it wont work! i have the option to mute phone call and alerts but the phone still makes a noise and is not muted! when i toggle the volume bar it used to say before "muted by android wear" but now it does not.
My phone was updated to android 6.0 last week but for the past week its been fine so i doubt it related to that as like i said its done this before on lollipop.
Few more things to note that may be related, if i swipe down in my notifications box it used to say "android wear connected" but thats no longer there, and if i go into the watch and go into settings and bluetooth devices it does not say anything it just says scanning for nearby devices, and i notced once it said nexus 5 disconcerted??
I must stress that i am connected to my phone as all my notifications come through on my watch fine.
Anyone had this or know a fix?
Thanks

Did you find a solution?
Same problem here. I have moto x play (no developer edition) unlocked bootloader/rooted/lollipop 5.1 and LG G watch R.
In my case it seems related to Moto Display (Motorola'app similar to ambient display). If I disable it, mute comes back.
I tried to uninstall android wear app, and then installing 1.3 version. No fix.
On reddit I read that it should be the last update of Google play service instead: user restored his phone fixing the problem. I tried to uninstall play service (no factory reset)...no fix
EDIT: Ok I have just found a middle-solution. I downloaded a module for Xposed (True silent Mode), after activation you will not able to receive any vibrations or sounds on your phone, but you'll receive a vibration on your watch instead. It's similar to android wear function, the difference is if you disconnect your watch you have to disable the silent mode on your phone manually. Hoping Google (or Motorola in my case) fixes it soon in the meantime...

I see other reports and see the issue myself where android wear often says that the watch isn't connected anymore while the watch says it is. And voice commands etc. on the watch still works (I guess they go directly through GMS not involving the android wear app itself).
Maybe there is a bug between android wear and the detection of the connected watch that keeps thinking android wear that no watch is connected and then not muting the notifications on the phone.
Do you have the cloud sync enabled? It's in "privacy & personal data". I have.
Hi still have the same issue, and yes my watch thinks it's not connected also
I have tried both cloud synced and un synced
Try putting your watch on charge, then taking it off
It worked for me, you will notice when on charge the ph is connected but notifications are not muted
I think the ph must think the watch is charging...
The latest wear app version fixed it for me.

Hasn't for me
Android Auto works great with my MXPE and Pioneer 4200NEX most of the time. Occasionally and seemingly at random the screen in the HU will go black and display "to use android auto please park your car and check your android phone". I have to unplug and plug back in to fix it, but the error will come back. Anyone else have issues with AA? I'm rooted if that matters.
I think the 8.1 is a great update with everything flying along. I have one little annoyance though: my Bluetooth speaker is fine playing something (which is the main thing) but after I switch it on and before I start playing anything on the phone, it keeps bleeping that it has disconnected then reconnects again a few seconds later. My smartwatch is doing the same thing: vibrating that it has disconnected then reconnects again a few seconds later. Bit annoying & never experienced this before update. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing that?
Have you tried going into Developer Mode and Changing Bluetooth versions? There are several choices!
No I haven't. I'll try that thank you. Do you know what version it was before? Worked perfectly for me. Cheers.

I'm experiencing something similar to what you're describing. When I connect my AirPods they keep on playing the connected sound, as though they're reconnecting over and over.
Well, I tried changing the Bluetooth version (AVRCP whatever that means!) and I've only tried it once this morning but so far so good and it hasn't been connecting/disconnecting at all. I changed it from 1.4 to 1.6 just by guesswork but thanks to poster who suggested that.
As I said, only day 1 but I'll report if anything changes.
On another topic, I use a Garmin sports watch which has smartphone features. It works absolutely perfectly all the time while showing up in the phone's bluetooth settings as being permanently disconnected.?
wow this fixed my BT issues!!!
