I can use WiFi properly , but I can't use my mobile data .

Hi Community,
I want to tell you something about a problem that occured with my smartphone (Samsung galaxy s5 duos | SM-G900FD | Android 5.0 )
I have two sim card , I use the second for mobile data .
When I activate mobile data on the second sim , I lost connection on the first sim ; Can't recieve calls, sms, can't make calls etc ...
it reactivates automatically when I shutdown the mobile data .
It's normal ? Do I have a problem with this functionality on my phone ?
I guess mobile doesn't have any impact on the dual sim fonctionality .
If someone can help me .
