This is not a diamond theme but something for those who prefer something different.
The s2w Lucid theme is an expansion from the blackdrop theme and more versatile. The theme created, was tested on the Sprint HTC touch.
A worthy note before installing, you need the following:

I really really want this theme (glossy perferred). I found another post you made that said for me to disable my touch flo download the file to my internal storage then open the cab and install it. power cycle then turn on touch flo... well when i did this my touch flo would never launch. when i finally got it to nothing except the phone dial pad was playboy??? Am i missing something here?? PLZ Help!!

A proper tutorial for changing splash1 - DONE
A proper tutorial for boot animations -- including all the ins and outs of image creation/format, programs that are used, and a more complete description of desc.text and how to use it.
I'm all for helping out on those as well pm if anyone would like to exchange info before creating a nicely formatted thread based how to. I'll prolly drop in to chat at some point when I get time too.
PS: I think we should start putting our how-to threads in the general section to avoid people posting randomness in the development section. Since at that point we should be doing minimal development anyway and development related conversation could still take place in the proper forum. Also this could be put in the general forum once people catch on.

now that we have root has anyone taken a shot at a skin for eris? maybe port some of the wicked cool stuff they have working on the hero side? tons of notification bars, clocks, rosie scrollers...and so much more...just excited to see where our devices can go.
To the devs, thanks for all your effort. For those who are impatient ect just know these guys n gals have work, school, families ect and all they do for us is on their own time...so that being said be courteous and thankful and most of all patient...development has to well...develope....

AOSP is the Android Open Source Project, which is the latest open version of Android, Codenamed Eclair at this time. Its roughly the same as Android 2.1 release.

Could anyone see about Using Dialer One as the default dialer app? Like when you press "PHONE", Dialer One comes up instead? That would be great.

Here is my quick story: I was looking around on colormeandroid.com and I noticed a cool screenshot so I read the post from the author about the screenshot and he said he was using this theme : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=770315 so I checked out the theme and it looked very cool IMO and I thought it would be an amazing addition to the collection of themes for the droid 2. The only problem about this theme is that I wasn't really sure how you would go about making all of the extra files compatable for a non cyanogen mod rom. This would be waaayyy easier on everyone if we had a CM rom for the D2 but of course we don't. I can do a bit of photo editing and I know general information on porting themes but I am not very good at it so I was wondering if one of our many talented developers would take the time to at least look into porting this over to the droid 2!

I would think if you talk with the DeFused team you might be able to get it to work with the Fission and Fused roms.
Since there is an flood of themed roms for the lg p500 , and some heated discussion about it, an need for an themed rom section/thread was made. Altough an section was better suited than an thread, this is only what i can do.
Hope that the xda admins can see this issue and create an section for this.
Anyway, this post is for anyone that creates an rom, based on another's original work, but they changed the look, apps, etc, without changing the kernel, adding an bugfix, etc...

Mention the rom from wich was based - name/version
At least one screenshoot if it's just an change of theme
If changed apps, mention the apps added/removed
I know that these rules are just really common sense, but it's better to specify them upfront than have some guy's (and gals ) launching heated comments
There is no point of creating a separate section for themed roms cuz there are so few of them....
