Only the Optimized CM13 and the AOSP 6.0 roms have a custom kernel, namely Alucard kernel.
Synergy also provides a kernel with his CM13 builds, but it is more of a modified stock cm kernel.
You could try flashing the boot.img from the Optimized CM13 zip on any other CM13 based rom. It should give you Alucard's kernel on that rom, but you might encounter bugs.
My best setup is Xiaomieu MIUI 6.10.13 w/ Radon Kernel 2.9.5
What's yours?
I found out that all custom rom of pie are getting bad sots

What best kernel for good battery daily use, i installed custom rom havoc os v.3.9 A10. Thank's .
Use ROMs with the upgraded 4.9 kernel. Practically bug-free compared to custom ROMs based on the default 3.18 kernel. Much smoother and battery friendly and very stable. Stock 4.9 kernel is good enough that there's no need of any custom kernel. However a few do exist. Do note that 4.9 kernels can only be used in ROMs that are based on the same kernel and definitely not 3.18.
