in bootloader screen i can see in red « PHONE Unlocked » and just under in green « FRP Lock ».
in nougat settings, OEM unlock is grayed out in disabled position in settings (maybe it's normal as i unlocked the bootloader already).
i already flashed before successfully TWRP and stock recovery both in MM and nougat without problem, but it's not working anymore.
« flashboot oem lock », « flashboot boot », etc… are giving the same error. only basic things like « fastboot » reboot works.
I googled for hours my problem, it's all about people having their bootloader not unlocked.
Any idea?
Well, i reply to myself, the FRP Lock was the problem, and a bug in B301 prevented me from setting this to off, i had to do a rollback procedure to EMUI4 (rollback update + full firmware update) so that i could disable FRP lock by setting the OEM unlock option (which way available after 2 reboots).
be prepared to have backups, hopefully one day we will have full firmware for nougat available!
edit: dunno how to mark a thread as « solved »
Hi, i have the same Problem, FRP is locked and bootloader unlocked...how did you rollback to EMUI4? I cannt enter TWRP...is it possible to unlock FRP in fastboot mode? THX for your help!

Well, i placed the rollback files in dload folder of the external sd card then i entered recovery to apply it.
It is not normal that you can't enter any recovery, you shall try the 4 combinations to be sure (boot with or without the cable connected, and with either vol up or vol down), one of the combination will bring you to fastboot and another to the installed recovery. Try also with both up and down pressed just in case ^^
I have a problem guys i rebrand my phone from PRA-AL00 TO PRA-LA1 then i format the system by mistake
So when i try to unlock the phone it says
Command not allowed
The code is correct 100%
Either you use DC Phoenix tool or you should have a running system to first...relock the bootloader and then disable frp lock from the developers options or you use the rescue package for your device...

Can you still boot up and use firmware finder to upgrade? I think this is the only way to rescue apart from erecovery.
Or if you can access twrp, then you can easily use that.
I had my device go into frp lock when rebranding, used erecovery to somehow rescue my system and then got a NRD90M-testkeys version, no gapps included. I couldn't unlock oem in dev options and I couldn't update through official system. I used firmware finder to upgrade(full firmware) to the last confirmed version of Nougat(B220) and turned on oem unlocking in dev options, then relock-unlock again to remove the frp lock.
I also got into frp lock when formatting and then having a Google account, but the gapp service keeps crashing after factory reset. eRecovery would say getting package info failed. I used dc unlocker to remove the frp lock, upgraded to B220, and oem relock-unlock again.
I had stock recovery on both occasions so I was lucky enough to get out of it.
I'm having Mate 10 lite(Nova 2i aka Honor 9i). The device is now in soft brick state.
Device current state.
OEM - locked
Bootloader- locked
Recovery- EMUI
Huawei eRecovery- EMUI
What I have done so far.
Downloaded the firmware from Huawei Firmware Finder and tried forced update option , Firmware: RNE-L21 8.0.0.311(C185).
Response- Failed
Flash TWRP , Response- Since OEM lock and Bootloader is locked. Can't flash.
I'm having Lock code. But OEM lock via USB debugging cannot be turned ON since device is soft bricked. :crying:
In attachments I've uploaded "about phone", OEM & Bootloader status, Recovery.
If anyone has any solution please share.
did you try doing a factory reset?
if not then try once
if that dsnt work boot into fastboot and connect device and type this in CMD "fastboot -w"
this will erase everything from your phone even all data
then try booting up the device and then try unlocking the device
I will create a thread tonight for how to unbrick honor 9i.
do check that tonight you will be able to get back to EMUI8.0
although for you, u will need the bootloader unlock code as your device is locked
I tried to root my c9000 but I had bootloop everytime when I flash something via twrp and I realized there is no OEM unlock in developer options. How can I find it abd root oreo ?
Removed, Enable it on N then update to O
Follow those steps
I tried to install lineage 15 so why I formatted my device but forgot to check developer setting > enable OEM. Now I am stuck on boot loop with frp lock, no way to install a custom recovery. I relock OEM and tried to unlock now I am fully stuck because I cannot unlock bootloader because I forgot to check to enable OEM in developer setting. I googled and found a tool called DC Unlocker but only lost my 15 euro. Is there any way I can re-vibe my phone? Help me, please.
Device state,
