Ok when we want to change wallpapers we have
Wallpapers
Infinity live paper
Yes why not, but the infinity are both for the dock and lock screen. If i want a picture for the lock and a live wallpaper for the dock. How can i do that.
Impossible. The only way is to have a live wallpaper that u can open in the drawer and go to the list !!! fantastic no !! (see my screenshot)
Same for the lock screen
Before we can add widget on it like sahk widget and shortcuts. effects on the lock was ripple effects and firefly. Now we can't. No widget, no effect, if someone have an idea. It will be cool because the lock screen on th market seems not to be fine
Live wallpapers are fun but my experience has always been that they degrade the overall performance of the phone. I installed Google Wallpapers and it automatically cycles wallpapers once a day. I may try the live wallpapers again but in my opinion they aren't worth the performance hit.
I have a HD live wallpaper on my galaxy s8 and I see no degration in performance and it sucks very little battery to the point I can't really notice it. The issue I have is I can't seem to have a live wallpaper on my lock screen as I can't see an option in the settings. On my galaxy s5 I could have both a live wallpaper on my home screen and a different live wallpaper on my lock screen but on the s8 I can't seem to do that?

I use "Hologram Background" to set my homescreen with a 3D live wallpaper, and I leave my lockscreen with a static wallpaper. No performance or noticeable battery degradation whatsoever when used with Nova Launcher. You can also set a live wallpaper for the lockscreen only, and static for home if you want.

Is there any to keep infinity wallpaper only on AOD....as in current s8 port we have to keep infinity as wallpaper and same applies to AOD too whereas i want custom wallpaper and infinity display on AOD......

That isn't possible, you need to have minimally infinity wallpaper + AOD, but i don't think, that someone will do it.. everyone will tell you to use a port.

Question is, is it possible to set live wallpapers or a slide show wallpaper? And how?

I install the Google Pixel Live Wallpapers on the phone, but the MIUI Settings doesn't recognize the wallpaper, so I have install Google Wallpapers App. And they will show it up and I can set as Default Live Wallpaper. But after a few times turn on and off the screen, the Google Live Wallpaper replace it through one of Xiaomis Stock Wallpaper.
Are there any options, where I can set Non Xiaomi live wallpapers as Default wallpaper? Settings-> Wallpaper I only can choose the 4 installed live wallpapers....
Even Xiaomi's own 24h live wallpaper doesn't work for me. I think live wallpapers are completely broken on global ROM right now.
I've also noticed that my lock screen settings don't stick and it changes to my home wallpaper after a reboot. It's a mess.
Yes, I realize that xiaomis live wallpaper have the same issue. it always replace it with a stock wallpaper..
But I found out, there is a way to set custom live wallpaper with MIUI. You can copy a mp4 video in a miui folder, then you can choose it and set it as lockscreen and homescreen without third party apps. But there are still the same bug with the live wallpaper
Hello everyone! I just made the Galaxy A51 live wallpaper for other devices, I really don't know how to call it
Normally, the video will be played on the lock screen. But i make it a still image on lock screen and after unlocking the video will play
Installation Instructions:
1. Install the apk file
2. Download the wallpaper app by google on play store
3. Open the wallpaper app, select "Live Wallpaper"
4. Choose the A51 Live Wallpaper
5. Set for both lock screen and home screen.
6. Enjoy
Notes:
1. I made it by change the video file of the Lg G8 live wallpaper port. So if you're installing a lg g8 live wallpaper (I don't remember which one) then install this a51 live wallpaper will replace the lg g8's.
2. I'm a newbie in this so it may not work Tested on: Galaxy A50s
