He is not lol a lot of this guys here are on single Sim and they flashed dual SIM and no problems at all
It works. Nothing to worry about. I have the same configuration (Single SIM phone with dual SIM firmware)

How did you get substratum working? I tried it and the themes wouldn't apply. Even after a reboot. And I have root too.

Look at. I've installed big blue theme apk . In this setting you choice android 9 and compile. After that you reboot your phone and you go in manager and apply.[emoji6] sorry for my bad English LOL I'm French bro

this was not usable with android 8 because once you are in 4k the phone app crashes

Yes you are right. so you have to download google phone apk. he does not crash on oreo and pie .

Oh... Then I guess it's more problematic :/ I'm wondering about this also, then. Running stock DPI now, when I tried lower I got the same problem. By the way, which apps are too small when running 380? I found Facebook and Messenger to become almost unreadable, especially when reading on the go, but the stock LG stuff became all nice.
Cam and message app are a bit cut, for Facebook maybe try to set font sice a bit bigger..

Well i think it started when i connected another account on my Nexus. I have disconnected it, no changes...

That may be a bug with 7.1.1 and multiple accounts. It is a preview after all. You'll want to unenroll from the beta to drop down to 7.0 properly. It won't hurt to factory reset or follow the guide below for flashing factory image, just use 7.1.1 factory image to start over and see if the Play Store issue occurs again.

Well that's not. I've just done a factory reset on 7.1.1, same bug.
Now, i'm on a factory new, nothing, no root, on android 7.0 from October, same bug.
I also tried disconnecting my Google Account, loged in, same thing...

Could you explain a little more what happens when you open the Play Store on your main account and the second account? Are you still able to use the Play Store in both scenarios?

Haha yep, sorry ^-^ i'm getting mad.
So. First of all, the play store works Well if we talk about downloading applications in both scenarios.
In the case where i have my two accounts logged into my phone, when i launch the Play Store with my "secondary" one, all works fine, as usual.
But, if i swipe to the right side, changing my account IN the play Store, this strange bug come back.
It seems to be linked to my personnal account.

If I disable s-voice (disabling the package ), the button doesn't do anything...

Enable Google Now (if you have not already) and then go to the setting that i wrote in the first post ... restart your device and then check ... it should work ..

I know, old thread but it pops up in the google search.
Here is my solution:
go to Go to Settings >> Applications >> 3 dots >> Default apps (2nd from top, "standard-apps" in german >> last one "choose default" or similar>> now an app list should pop up with the installed apps >> scroll down to Svoice>>tap>> delete default settings or similiar
now press your specific headset button and a menu should pop up on the phone where you can choose google or svoice...

Old thread but I've been looking for a solution and even contacted Samsung support with no luck, so leaving my solution documented here:
My Samsung S7 phone (that has the older S Voice instead of Bixby) didn't respond when attempting to use google assistant on my earphones (Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus), even when the Wearables app showed the settings were in place to use voice commands on long tap. If I enable S Voice then that's what comes up on long tap, but I wanted Google Assistant instead (since S Voice is deprecated and doesn't even work anymore). So I deactivated S Voice and made sure that Google Assistant was working and set up as my default voice assistant. Still, no luck with the earphones. I saw lots of solutions for Bixby-powered phones but since mine doesn't even have Bixby, it wasn't helping.

What did the trick was to uninstall the Google app and then update to latest version and restart phone.
"Open Google Play Store > search for Google (G) app > open app > Uninstall > OK > Update > wait for update to install > Restart phone".
Hope it helps someone else before they spend 3 hours trying to fix this, as I did.
I got my s7 edge seconhand. As soon I got him I've update it to nugat.
It worked 2-3 days ok, but one morning my alarm didn't work, phone was frozen with always on screen. I've restart it (volume down+power button)...it worked for few days and it happened again.
I've google it and somebody say it could be SD card...so I format it with the phone (I thought that they might be some android leftovers from my LG V10), and it worked normal for like 2+ weeks...I thought it's is ok now...but yesterday same thing happen. I left my phone in normal state in the morning it was frozen.
Tonight I've took my SD car out and I will test it. Does anyone knows what it could be...I'm almost 100% sure it's software, maybe deep sleep, doze???

Are you sure of that... ? If it's true that's mean all s7 edge have a problem...

Downgrade cannot be a solution . It's my first samsung, before my nexus, xiaomi & iPhone was without any bug like that... (Ok ios it's a bit different...).
I hope someone will find a solution and spread it...

My last try was a full reset & wipe cache from the stock recovery... After the reboot, all my apps was reinstalled & freeze are still there.
If it comes from an app is it possible to have the list of your installed apps in order to do a cross check with mine ?

I saw an app Sod sleep of the death that should avoid our problem... I've not tested it yet but I think I will try it to check if it solve the problem without draining to much the battery.

Maybe we need oneui 2.0 as in 10+. Someone who is in beta might test . Uninstall via settings/apps.

I don't find the "Dark Side RC" apk in setting/apps or app system
In this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10+/themes/star-wars-theme-galaxy-note-10-star-t4005689/page3 they say that the Star Wars Special Edition is still a ROM (you can download it here https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10+/how-to/dark-edition-sk2-t4014779/page4 but I don't know if it works on N9)
We must wait for someone to adapt that theme to N9
Lol. Installed it again and again. After the third time it does appear on themes. Lol. You can enjoy it. I find it too basic. Not so many things modded. But...it works!

I was able to get the theme to show up in my themes page and applied it. But it is only showing up as a trial, which expires and reverts to my previous theme after 10 minutes or so. Clicking Buy only causes an error prompt.
Any way to get this to show up as a free theme so it can be applied without a trial timer?
EDIT: It seems that the notification and ringtone sounds that are part of the theme have remained, although the rest of the theme did revert after the trial period. Weird.
Also, if the theme isn't showing up in your Galaxy Themes page, clear the app cache from the App Manager.

Package disabler still working for trial...if you want to keep it more than 10 min.
With that theme we don t have acces to all wallpapers...hmmm

What exactly are you disabling? Dark Side RC is not showing up on any app manager I have. Also tried using Package Disabler to disable Galaxy Themes after applying the theme, but it still reverted.

I installed the Dark Side RC apk, which led to a number of different installations for the icons, wallpapers, etc. I got screenshots of these two pop-ups during the process...

The sound system won't apply if using custom one installer and ringrone/notification sound you have to do it manually. Although s pen sounds won't come in any of installations I tried.Unfortunately. Also the stickers I wasn't able to find them after installation of mystick apk.
For custom installer you will need to install High contrast theme II from the store. [emoji111]

Are you able to get the theme to apply and stay? I've only been able to get anything to install as a trial, which expires in about 10 minutes.
Also I did install the High Contrast theme as it was part of the installation process of the Custom Theme manager
EDIT: I figured out what I was doing wrong. After the installation of the theme file, you have to click on "View All" on the Galaxy Themes page to get the full listing. The installed theme was at the bottom of the listings and had "High Contrast" in the theme name. The theme now applies without the trial timer issue.

Im not sure if they are the same as the ones contained in the download linked earlier in the thread. But they worked for me. Download the entire folder. Be sure you aren't installing just the sticker package.
