Hello everybody hope you having a better day than main, i tried to manually-by my self to update my phone to emui 8 but since I'm a new to Huawei unfortunately i couldn't reach my goals and my phone was boot-looping so I've tried my best to revive my phone by flashing a costume ROM for Huawei Mate 9.. Now i don't have the (4G+) sign which is mean "i think" i lost the CAT6 on my phone and back to CAT4, i can not use the multi task screen, I think that's what it's called!? And so many other standard yet important options.. anyhow I've tried about a month ago to superSU my phone but it's failed and I end up by frieing the motherboard and the warranty took me 14 days to fix it and i don't want to repeat that experience again...
So if any one have a flash-able zip or .img or a TWRP back up files for the original firmware he\she will be my next idol
I tried loading lineageOS onto my P9 lite without making a backup, needless to say after the wipe/format the installation failed and I cannot get my P9 lite to boot, tried update file in dload folder, tried other roms which install but doesnt boot up, basically all I feel like doing now is be in a fetus position and cry...
Feels like i've read all guides/posts out there but all seem to get it right.
Getting lineage to work will be best, getting the phone to start with orignal or any software will be great!
My wife has a p9 lite, any way to do a backup of her phone I can use to restore my phone? obviously given my track record she doesnt want me to scratch around too much or unlock anything

Hello all,
recently I got a used Huawei P9 lite VNS-L31 single SIM.
At the beginning it was branded with the Telekom Software (C150). I tried to debrand it with a guide I found on the internet.
Every thing went well but I noticed that the Buildnummber says: VNS-L31C900B161. Because I did it with the downgrade method with Test-keys package i guess.
The Problem is that I was trying to flash a Nougat update with the 3 Button method but during the installing procces I noticed that the package I flashed was the rollback package again.
So the Problem now is that I can't boot to bootloader, recovery and also the 3 Button method to flash a full firmware does not work.
The bootloader is locked (DC Unlocker doesn't recognize the phone so I cant get a code from there)and I guess I have to replace the Motherboard to get the phone working, but before I do that I thought I can ask here if there is any solution I that I can try.
Sorry for my bad English.
Hope that anyone has an Idea
Hi all,
I have a rooted Huawei P9 Lite which contains baby pictures of my son which I hoped to backup. It has been a few years since I have used this phone and subsequently all codes I have tried have failed to give me access. I tried a few methods using TWRP to delete the key files however the files seem to be encrypted on the device. Just asking if there is any hope is accessing my files or should I give up trying?
Thanks,
Joe
