Custom rom Linage & aosp - OnePlus 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi. I dont't ask much here, but read much in this forum. But now a i have a question about custom rom.
I used custom rom like resurrection remix all my time. Now i see there isnt much for pie. Is our phone dead? I see there are aosp roms like Google Pixel but i dont't know anything about the Features. I like some settings like swipe back, xposed and so on.
Can i use all those Features in aosp?
Thx for some answers

No one can say if could use all my Features?
What about custom rom? Is see linageos 16 but no resurrection remix and others.
Is this the end for our phone? Lineageos 16 last update Oktober?

Some questions about Custom ROMs

I just got my Moto G4 Play and now I'm looking for a good ROM to start with. I guess this question has been asked a million times and I apologize for unoriginal content.
I've been looking around and I think I'm interested in:
AOSP Extended
crDroid
Zephyr OS
AOKP
Dirty Unicorns
Resurrection Remix
Unfortunately, I have no idea about the general differences. Ideally, the ROM would support signature spoofing. Themes would also be nice. AFAIK, that leaves me with AOSP Extended and crDroid. Could someone highlight the main differences of these ROMs?
Also, how do the ROMs compare in General, what makes them different from one another? And what's the difference between AOKP and Dirty Unicorns - I hear DU forked AOKP, right?
Thanks in advance and please don't be too mean if the questions are stupid!
I'm not going to get into detail since I'm new to ROMs and stuff, but I'm using Resurrection Remix and I LOVE it?
I've been using crDroid with microG on my G4 Play as it was the first ROM available with signature spoofing. It is reasonably stable, no issue using it as your "daily driver".
AOSP Extended only recently added signature spoofing. I have considered trying it as I don't need all of crDroid's bells and whistles, but haven't yet done so. If you try AOSP Extended I would like to hear you opinion of it.
I have installed AOSP Extended but not really used it so far except for playing with some settings. So far, I have had no real problems except setting up microG correctly. I will try to do this correctly today and then tell you about my success.
For now, it runs smoothly and is really snappy.

which is better Lineage OS 14.1 or RR 7.1.2 ?

I'm asking because i wanna try one of this two roms, I've read a lot of comment about this two roms and watched youtube videos, on lineage os it was good , but I've read that the apps are not customisable? I mean you can't rearrange it, Correct if I'm wrong pls , because im not that good at custom roms
On RR I've read that this is more awesome than the lineage because in this rom you can personalize or customize the arrangement of apps? But ive read some negative feedback on RR last update June162017 regarding the battery issue?its draining much faster something like that so the users of the Rr are switching back to the june152017 update
Just correct me if what i said is wrong guys like i said im newbie on custom roms,
I just want to know your comments/opinions regarding RR 7.1.2 and Lineage 14.1 i have ze550kl ,,which is better on your experience ?and why? Is there any bugs on lineage or RR on their latest update ?
I'm using AOSP Extended as my daily driver and loving it. Good battery backup, very customizable and it's the only one that Belo Substract theme works 100%. Between Lineage and RR I would prefer Lineage for stability and RR for customization.

Right now i am using SlimRom 7.1.2, based on Lineage 14.1. You can use them for regular basis, but you can also read what bugs they have etc.
I'm currently using Resurrection Remix v5.8.4 and I am really satisfied with the overall performance and everything
I recommend Resurrection Remix. Why? It's based on many other OSes. Based on: Android, LineageOS, MIUI, SlimROM and 1 more system, forgot the name. It's highly customizable, very fast and it has good battery expenditure. The newest, stable version is based on Android 7.1.2. And an important information. If you are downloading custom ROM, the best GApps version is Nano (only the most important apps from Google, the rest you can download from Google Play).
If you want an instruction how to flash a custom ROM, just easily ask me for it.

Do I need a custom ROM for a rooted device?

Hi guys!
Just a quick question - do I need to bother with a custom ROM on a rooted Oneplus 5? Or I can achieve all the modifications using additional apps with root access?
And if so, which custom ROM brings the most atop the already rich customisation options of OP5?
Thanks
You can do a lot of modifications with root using third-party apps such as substratum, xposed, etc.
Yes, with a custom rom you can make many more changes, I recommend you resurrection remix.
Thanks a lot for your opinion!
How does the Resurrection compare to LineageOS? I'm quite confused about all the options
Lineage OS could be said to be a kind of AOSP with minor modifications. From lineage os, developers create their own roms based on it, usually, there are exceptions. Resurrection Remix has taken the best of these roms: "CM team, Lineage, DU, AICP, OMNI team, SLIMROMS", thus allowing the user from a menu in settings to make a lot of changes. I do not know if I explained well.
