Hi i use stock oreo and i try to install havoc rom and twrp says done but i try to restart and i see huawei logo but i cant see lineage boot animation and phone cant open. I i install havoc before but before the install havoc i use nougat stock rom. Now i use stock oreo an cant install now

I have a unique problem. I have a Redmi 2 Indian version. My device is not rooted. I have flashed custom recovery TWRP 3.03 and Lineage OS 14.1 on it. I had not rooted my device before flashing rom and recovery. How to root it now? All the tutorials I see are for miui rom.
What I have already tried -
Tried to install UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip through TWRP.
If I try this, my device gets stuck at Lineage OS logo
Please help.
Use a more recent SuperSU package,v2.78 or you can use superuser provided on lineage downloads site under Extras
I was on Resurrection Remix v5.7.4, i tried to install the MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 7.3.23, which released today but I'm unable to install the Miui update, it fails with "Error 7" (also tried with lazy flasher.zip). When i reboot, it says No OS installed and phone gets stuck at Mi logo. Please help, how to install the official update from twrp recovery.

I got it installed with MiniFlasher tool.
I'm using the xxxNolimits rom 5.1.3. When I try to do the procedure to update the version of the oxygen I can not. I downloaded the rom from the site of oneplus, 5.1.4, I make the flash in the TWRP blu spark latest version and when I reboot the message "no OS installed"
I do not know what to do, my oneplus only recognizes the custom rom if I try to go back to the stock it does not recognize. It's like I'm not flashing anything. MA does not appear any error during the flashing of the stock rom by twrp

if u flashed stock rom only,the recovery would be stock recovery after reboot,check it
then u could adb sideload in recovery mode ag
last option is flashing unbrick rom
I m on stock oreo bootloader is unlocked ,twrp installed.magisk is installed .but not able to upgrade to android pie. .whenever i try upgradeing phone boots into twrp and nothing happens .Help
Dear good people, I am here with a problem. with my mi 9t after got my boot loader unlock yesterday, tried installing TWRP and succeed to install with ADB command. My Actual OS was 11.2.0 Global stable version.
However, whenever I tried to install any custom rom or any kind of rom though it, its shows installed but whenever i am reboot it , it vanishing and directly go to fastboot. ( Before I do the reboot, it shows "there is no OS on your system").
Please help me guys
You need to flash vbmeta along with the recovery, that should solve it
Are you using official twrp? There are several unofficial ones floating around that can give you this problem on 11.x, but I never had it with the official one (and I didn't flash vbmeta)
