i have purchased new zenfone max pro m1 6gb model but i have to press a little hard on touch panel to make it work. anybody facing or faced the same situation ?

Recently purchsed zenfone laser 2 and i am facing an unusual problem. While dialing any number the touch becomes insensitive. You need to either double tap or touch very hard in order to make any call. However ther is no touch issues else where in the phone. Rest of the touch works smooth. Also when you touch on any number to call that number automatically goes from ur screen. I dont know what this issue is but its very irritating as its the very basic function of phone. Please help what to do. Also tried true dialer but same issue persists though frequency is low. Pls pls help.
I have never experienced this problem. You can install and try another Dialer from the Play store.

I dont why my zenfone have fingerprints problem. When you use your hand or objects covering the selfie camera it unlock the phone.
I try many methods including 4mat all.

Hello, im Zenfone Max Pro M1 user and i have a problem with the touch screen, why my screen sometimes flick (like teleported) when i play PUBG and when im aim the weapon why the touch screen so slow and i cant text correctly it always press wrong button maybe 1,5 or 2 ich, example: when i type "P" it pressed "O".
Are this is my screen protector problem ? (If it is im gonna change it to tempered glass one)
Or
Firmware/Game problem ?

No idea about PUBG but if the texting problem persists across apps then it is probably touchscreen issue. Try removing tempered glass and check.
