Wifi Channel 149

Hi everybody!
First of all thanks a lot that this great Forum exist. When I have Problems with my phone the first step is to search in this Forum.
Now I have a Problem that I can't solve alone.
For my FPV Cam i Need the 5.8GHz Wifi Network on Channel 149.
When I use a IPhone I can connect the phone with the Copter Cam.
At my Huawei I can't find this Network.
Is it possible to open the channels?
I tryed it as follows:
* I changed the wifi Region Code to US (with root)
* tryed to do the WIFI County Code fix (from your Forum)
* I tryed to edit the wpa_supplicant file to Change the wifi Network to an external wifi OTG Stick which reach this channel
But nothing worked well.
Hopefully anyone can help me.

Any news on this? I can't connect to my DJI SPARK either. It just won't see the network

Some P10 Lites can't use 5GhZ wifi.
Depends what model you have. My TL10 can't use it.

HOTSPOT

Maybe the issue is not big but have anyone figured out how to check connected devices when your mobile hotspot is on? there are many applications for it but it is generally inbuilt and i am unable to find it yet, if anyone can guide me on this

wifi slow with bluetooh on

When I connect the bluetooth in my device the wifi is extremely slow, it does not have to be connected to any device, just turning on the bluetoothh the wifi loses speed drastically. I've used custom rom, kernel, hard reset and nothing solved ...
Help, help, because I can not use my beep amazfit.

Thanks to this post I realized the reason why my WiFi connection in my MI A1 was utterly slow.
Did you manage to fix it? How?

Very weird indeed .... same wifi speed issue here. (still with original Android Rom updates , no customs)

Is this only Mi A1 related ???

What I read is that Bluetooth and wifi uses the same bandwidth so we need to change our router to 5 GHz to avoid this problem.

Indeed.
But the question is still why XiaoMi have changed that with the Android Pie update?
Btw, have checked my Fritzbox 7360 router and no, no option for 5Ghz band.

Use Bluetooth tethering instead of WiFi hotspot.
Pair your device that need internet connection with the hotspot phone.

Yup, I was mostly doing that but I heard that there is a option to share through WIFI. Which can be more fast than Bluetooth tethering.
But I don't know how to access in here..

WiFi tethering is faster but it can only share Mobile Data, cannot share WiFi. Use WiFi tethering on your Windows PC. It can share connected WiFi.

Wifi connection

How can I fix wifi range on my Asus Zenfone max pro m1?You either have to stand right next to a router or next to another phone when trying to connect to hotspot.
What can be the problem?
